Manipulated Data and Manipulated Hit Songs
In 2026, there was a lot of discussion in the media about data centers being built across the United States, including efforts promoted by President Trump to expand the nation's AI data-center infrastructure for what is commonly called “artificial intelligence,” or AI. Please note that in some articles about AI, what they are really talking about is Al – Al Checchi (the founder of the CIA Checchi family cult).
Depending on the font that is used, AI can look like the word Al, and this is deliberate covert coded language, in some cases. The ambiguity is intentional and used to conceal the second meaning. One interpretation is visible to the unknowing public while another is understood by the intended audience “insiders” who understand what is being said about the CIA Checchi family. Interpreting Trump: When President Trump and other leaders say that they are supportive of AI or against it, what they are really talking about is Al – Al Checchi, the self-proclaimed “emperor of the world.”
According to a few polls in August 2026, as much as 75% of Americans are against building more AI data centers. If Americans knew the truth about how “data” is collected, what “they” are doing with this data and what the deeper meaning of “artificial intelligence” actually is, I suspect that even more people would be against building them.
In this article, I am explaining what I have learned in the last few years as I fought my former employer, the CIA Checchi family, in court. What I learned about what they were doing with their massive “data collection” machine was unbelievable, shocking and un-American. I feel it is important for the public to become aware of the truth about how the rich are getting richer from “AI data collection” in America. It is beyond corrupt, in my opinion. It is no exaggeration to say that the CIA Checchi family and everyone that is connected to them have become a massive threat to national security and privacy in America. The CIA Checchi family cult leaders have shown over and over again that they have no intention of upholding their oath to the Constitution. In fact, they intend to destroy and bring an end to the Constitution as we know it, so that they can rule over the country as kings and queens and ultimately, as “emperors of the world.” Their egos are heavily invested in this quest for world domination. It is not a selfless project for ultimate public good. They rationalize actions and justify anything evil done in the name of their ultimate world domination goal, convincing themselves that the ends justify the means because they believe their quest for power is somehow more important than the rights, freedoms and lives of the people they seek to control. Data centers become their tools for evidence – even when that “evidence” is manipulated, fabricated, and fraudulent.
The discussion of “data centers” and “data collection” does tie into what Edward Snowden exposed in 2013: extensive U.S. government mass-surveillance programs. He revealed that government agents were secretly collecting and analyzing vast amounts of Americans’ and foreigners’ communications and their internet data. Allegedly, those government agents were being led and orchestrated by the CIA Checchi family. And I believe it was the CIA Checchi family that led Snowden to reveal this information, in part, as a test to see how the public would respond to this total violation of the Constitution. It’s a psychological game of desensitizing the public to abandoning Constitutional principles. This all came after the 2001 Patriot Act was passed because of the World Trade Center terrorist attacks on 9/11. This was all orchestrated from the shadows by Al Checchi and his team of terrorists.
Nearly two-thirds of Americans at the time of Snowden’s revelations wanted public congressional hearings on this, but nothing ever happened for the same reason that the CIA Checchi family has never been formally investigated by politicians in D.C. – because the CIA Checchi family has controlled many of the main decision-making leaders of Congress and the Senate for decades. These are the very people who are in charge of such things as investigations and committee hearings on corruption. It is a fact that since the 1980s, every decade that past found the Checchi family doing more things to erode the Constitution and increase their own power, personal wealth, and leverage against political and judicial leaders who needed to be controlled so that they could continue to grow their consolidation of power and influence.
Their goal is getting rid of the Constitution in its present form so that they can become the overlords of America and the world. They do not believe in free speech, freedom of press and many other important parts of the Constitution on which all our laws are created.
From 2019 – 2026 I was mired in a lawsuit against the CIA Checchi family (Kathy Checchi, Al Checchi, Adam Checchi, Michael Fisher, David Kanuth, Oprah Winfrey and other CIA Checchi family cult leaders). My court documents and responses are over 6,000 pages long.
One of the things the Checchi family worked very hard at was to frame me as a child predator. As far as I know, there is no more serious crime to be accused of and accusing someone of this is common when you want to ruin someone’s life and discredit their work. This one section of my court documents and responses are hundreds of pages long and it reveals all the tactics they use to discredit someone with these accusations. The “evidence” they used was all manufactured and fabricated. I’m not going to share everything I learned about this topic in this article because it would become another book. But through this very long court battle, I came to learn that if you are going to expose the biggest CIA criminal operation in American history, you can bet they will come after you with the most dangerous and outrageous accusations as punishment for exposing their corruption and abuse of power. What became clear is that the Checchi family as a “well oiled” machine that uses manipulated, fabricated “data” to discredit and control someone.
My court case outlines dozens and dozens of “sophisticated” games they played with me in this scam they created against me, to frame me as a child predator. This article will only discuss a few of the things I shared in my court documents which are relevant to the issue of “data” collection of American citizens.
What came to light in court was that they’ve not just done this “framing” to me. They’ve created a massive cultural machine to entrap countless people. They use a tactic called “undue influence” and other psychological games that the CIA has studied and experimented with for decades. They also manipulate “data” so that they can “frame” literally hundreds of thousands — maybe even millions — of people in this “sophisticated” trap focused on the abuse and exploitation of children. As they do this, they make hundreds of billions of dollars. Please let me explain more details because it’s important that people understand what’s going on with these new Al data centers…
IT STARTED IN THE 1970s WITH JEFFREY EPSTEIN
Not only did the Checchi family allegedly create Jeffrey Epstein in the 1970s, they orchestrated his entire world of teen sexual exploitation — which I suspect is why President Carter tried so hard to shut Al Checchi down at the time. The Checchi family cult leaders have allegedly carried out this sort of child abuse and exploitation all over the world, using literally thousands of children over many decades as sex toys for adults. I was told by one Checchi spy that “it’s not abuse of the kids want to do it.”
They created Epstein’s world of exploitation so that they could blackmail political, judicial, entertainment, and business leaders worldwide. Having sex with teens became leverage. It also became a requirement for advancement in almost every career path. Archimedes understood thousands of years ago that the right leverage can move something enormously larger than the person applying the force. The same principle can apply to power and influence: control the right point of leverage, and a relatively small amount of power can produce enormous effects.
I suspect this strategy of using children had been used by secret societies for many years before Al Checchi came on the scene. But the CIA Checchi family became the biggest, most aggressive leaders in this game. They were at the forefront of control over this strategy and Team Checchi created a massive machine of sexual exploitation which brought extreme fame, powerful connections, and wealth to many leaders spanning many decades. The Checchi family epitomizes the saying in all they do: go big or go home. This is a point of pride for their network.
In the 1970s, Al Checchi attacked President Jimmy Carter brutally for trying to shut down the CIA Checchi family network. I believe Al Checchi ultimately helped force Carter out of office by using the same kinds of games that they are now playing with President Trump in 2026 — inflation, gas prices, and bringing a hostile Iran into the picture. Checchi family influence in Iran has never stopped all these years because they made Iran a hub of terrorist networking. By staying active in Iran, they could use it to control and manipulate terrorist organizations worldwide. With American taxpayer money they use and create these evil terrorists networks for their own purposes and personal benefit – to build their own worldwide empire.
Why is the Checchi family now attacking Trump? Because in his second term in office, Trump has also been attempting to shut down large parts of the CIA Checchi family empire, but with much more success, knowledge, and experience than President Carter had. Maybe Carter should have waited until his second term in office before going to war with the Checchi family. The Iran Hostage Crisis in the 1970s and the Iran War in 2026 have a lot more in common than people realize. In essence the Iran War today is a different kind of hostage crisis. This time, the American public are the ones being held captive.
In both cases of the 1970s and 2026, Iran became intertwined with a broader crisis involving the presidency, energy prices, inflation, and the political stability of the United States. President Carter faced a hostage crisis that, combined with the energy crisis and severe inflation, helped cripple his presidency and contributed to his defeat in 1980 to Al Checchi’s friend Ronald Regan.
Today, President Trump is facing a very different kind of Iran crisis in which war, oil prices, inflation and public frustration are again converging into a potentially dangerous political problem for Republicans in the upcoming elections. By orchestrating this, the Checchi family can claim they are helping democrats win – which will further make some democratic leaders indebted to this corrupt CIA family. This kind of maneuvering is how the Checchi family has stayed in power for many decades. Politicians who wield power come and go but the spies who work in the shadows can remain in power because they have no term limits to their jobs. Maybe it’s time to rethink that policy and put term limits on these people?
In 1979, Americans were watching hostages held in Iran; in 2026, Americans are the hostages – watching the consequences of a war that can affect their fuel prices, household costs, economy and sense of security. In that sense, the Iran War today can be viewed as a different kind of hostage crisis — one in which the consequences of the conflict itself can hold an entire country hostage to energy prices, inflation and geopolitical uncertainty.
THE ROLE OF CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION
Even in small towns throughout America, the Checchi family has been manipulating mayors and other leaders to let them into their local high schools so that they could find as many kids as possible to take photos with their phone of their private parts. I originally reported this to the DOJ when Merrick Garland was the Attorney General and eventually, he had the FBI confiscate all of the photos that Adam Checchi, Michael Fisher and David Kanuth had accumulated over the decades they have been doing this with students all over America. I was told that the FBI said it was the largest collection of child porn they have ever seen – over a million photos of children’s private parts.
In some cases, the mayors or other leaders involved in allowing this were charged with dozens of counts of child porn – not because they had these photos on their computers or on their phones, but because these leaders were the one who allowed the CIA Checchi family into the schools to commit these crimes against children.
In short, what this proved is that Kathy & Al Checchi and their family are obsessed with the private parts of children and this obsession has gone on non-stop since the 1970s when they first started working with Jeffrey Epstein and got him a job as a teacher working in a girl’s school named The Dalton School in New York City. It has been reported in the media that Epstein was hired as a math teacher by Attorney General Barr’s father. As they say at Disney (another company that the Checchi family controlled for decades), “it’s a small, small world after all.”
It should be noted that “Dalton” is a CIA Checchi family code. In the spy world, this is a significant code name for the Checchi family and ties them directly to the Dalton school for girls. “Dalton” is a Checchi family domain – it is their sphere of influence and control.
MODERN DAY CHECCHI FAMILY FRAMING CHILD PREDATORS
Since the 1990s the CIA Checchi family has played many games with me in their attempt to frame me as a child predator. When I was manipulated to move to Los Angeles in 1992, I was surrounded by Checchi spies upon my arrival and didn’t know it. My knowledge and awareness of “spies” at the time was limited to James Bond movies. I was incredibly naïve, gullible and easy for them to manipulate.
These new friends I met would invite me out to movies or lunch or other events. Often these meetings would take place in my neighborhood where I would walk to the mall, restaurant, or movie theater. On my way to these scheduled events, I would suddenly be surrounded by a dozen or two dozen children on the sidewalk or at the mall. Often, they would appear out of nowhere in front of me. Then, out of nowhere, someone with a camera would come out and take a picture of me with the kids. This would happen three or four times a year. It took me several years to realize that someone was trying to frame me as a person who was stalking children in public.
Today in 2026, these sorts of framing games can happen online by the “data” that is collected on people as they read articles, stream shows or listen to music on their phones or computer. Everything digital is being catalogued and kept track of, and since it was the CIA Checchi family that created the foundation of this digital machine, they are making residual money daily. If I’m not mistaken, this operates much like a multilevel marketing pyramid scam where money gets filtered from the top down and everyone involved gets a cut. The person at the top makes the most money. The Checchi family cult leaders are making BILLIONS of dollars “framing” people as criminals and creeps – even when the “evidence” is pure fabrication, manipulation, and the deepest form of “artificial” intelligence.
FOLLOW THE MONEY TRAIL
When I first met Al Checchi, he explained to me that every crime in society comes with a financial cost to society. He explained how crime imposes measurable economic costs on victims, families, governments and society. Crime can generate direct and indirect economic costs: medical treatment, property losses, police and court expenses, incarceration, lost wages and productivity, victim services, psychological harm, reduced quality of life, and the economic effects on families and communities.
The Department of Justice has explicitly developed methodologies for measuring these broader costs, and the CDC similarly includes medical costs, work loss, lost quality of life, and the economic value of lives lost when calculating the burden of injury and violence (https://nij.ojp.gov/library/publications/extent-and-costs-crime-victimization-new-look).
So, working with this idea, a system has been developed by the government so that if you stop a crime or criminal enterprise in progress the government will give you a financial reward. Spies make money by lurking in the shadows and looking for crime or criminals that they can stop. If they are successful, they make money. It appears that this is one way that spies become rich. This has something to do with this money being set up in secret accounts at the U.S. Treasury, though no one has explained to me details about these accounts or how one can access this money.
The corrupt CIA Checchi family took this one step further and they learned how to make hundreds of billions of dollars every year by “framing” people as criminals. I know about this because it was what they did to me for over 37 years! It took me decades to understand what they were doing to me, and I only found out more details because it all came out during the long court battle at the Supreme Court. I could not believe the things I was learning. As I type this in 2026, I continue to be dumbfounded and in disbelief I could have fallen for so many hundreds of tricks and traps orchestrated by people I thought were my closest friends. If I never would have met them, I would never have been able to figure out exactly who was at the root of all my problems.
The Checchi family targeted me in 1988 when I was a university student only because I became friends with someone they considered “an enemy for life.” Since the Checchi family “machine” of entrapment and abuse of power is so vast and prolific, I must assume there are millions of people who have no idea who is at the root of all their problems. Millions of Americans work two or three jobs just to survive. This is all orchestrated by the Checchi family who has the power to change it, if they wanted to. For example, as Professor Robert Reich points out, the minimum wage in 2009 became $7.25.

This is a deliberate strategy of domination and control. Keeping people poor keeps them vulnerable and powerless. For many of these Americans, it feels like a life of a slave – economic slavery. They never get ahead and cannot figure out why or how the system is rigged against them. This is how I lived for decades, never understanding the root of why I was stuck and could never get ahead – no matter how hard I worked or how many jobs I worked. It took me 25 years to figure out that I was stuck in a system that was rigged against me and who was rigging it.

Why does Jeff Bezos make so much money? Amazon is not just a good business idea – it’s a spy haven for spy games. I joined Amazon Prime, which means paying for a membership that gives you benefits such as faster/free shipping, Prime Video, Prime Music, and access to other Amazon services and exclusive deals. It’s pitched as a privilege, but what it also is for millions of people is a trap.
For example, I found spy games in my Prime Video section. Every member gets “free to me” movies. These movies are more than entertainment. They have hundreds (maybe even thousands) of movies that can also be used as traps for the sinister game of “data collection.” Listed below are a few of the movies I was given in June 2026. All of them are traps for “data” collection to prove that I am a child / teen predator:
The Pianist – directed by Roman Polanski who was involved in a major sexual-abuse scandal in 1977: he was indicted in Los Angeles on six charges involving a 13-year-old girl, including rape, sodomy and providing a controlled substance to a minor. He ultimately pleaded guilty to unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor but fled the United States in 1978 before sentencing and has never returned to face the outstanding warrant. Here the Checchi family attempts to get this as “data” evidence in a “guilt by association” trap.
Michael – a movie about the alleged child abuser Michael Jackson. Here the Checchi family attempts to get this as “data” evidence in a “guilt by association” trap.
Stargate – a movie that features scantily clad children during the last half of the movie.
Animal Miracles – a show that also highlights children and their animals.
Noah's Ark – a show you expect to be Biblical but… it features a fabricated teenage son of Noah who died in the flood because he chose the party / sex lifestyle when he abandoned his family who was safe on the ark when the flood came.
Beyond the Sea - starring gay actor Kevin Spacey as singer Bobby Darin, with a child actor portraying Darin during his childhood. The child appears throughout the film alongside Spacey’s adult portrayal. Since many gay people will watch a Kevin Spacey movie simply because he’s gay, this is a blatant attack on the gay community to set them up with “data” evidence that includes a movie which features a child throughout the movie.
The September Issue - a documentary chronicling the life of Vogue editor Anna Wintour but spends a lot of time showing teenage models.
And it’s not just Amazon.com. I went searching for a place to watch movies on my computer where I could safely watch without worrying if I was being set up or framed. So far, I have not found any service that is safe. In my personal experience, this manipulated, manufactured “data evidence” nonsense goes on at Disney, Peacock, Hulu, YouTube, Apple and many other platforms.
It is a fact that the CIA Checchi family uses this kind of “data” to frame people. I know this because they did it to me! They constantly brought this “data evidence” from my computer activity to court to “prove” I was a pedophile. To create this kind of massive “data trap” machine, the Checchi family must control the leader of the business.
Allegedly, they control Amazon leader Jeff Bezos and by doing this, they all make large amounts of money because Amazon (and other websites) are not just about buying things or offering entertainment services – they collect data on everyone who visits the sight. This is why Jeff Bezos is so rich. He probably has no idea they are using him to frame millions of Americans in totally unjust ways. I found it very hard to believe such a conspiracy could happen in the United States of America – until it happened to me.
Another spy game that they use Amazon for is the sabotage of food and merchandise that people buy. If you are on the Checchi family sh*t list, they have easy access through Amazon to poison your food (or in the least give you diarrhea), put tracking devices in your sneakers or other items and put hidden microphones or hidden video surveillance devices in the electronics that people buy. This is not just a theory; all of these intrusions have happened to me personally. Also, secret society people and devout religious families are very high on the list of “enemies” of the Checchi family. These hidden surveillance and tracking devices give them “data” they can then use against the people they are targeting.
They even track how long you look at an object on your computer screen. For example, if you’re shopping for a new pair of pants or shoes on Amazon, you may encounter teenage models showing the products you are looking for. If you spend what they believe is too much time looking at the underage model, that can become “data” that could potentially be used against you.
The problem with this kind of evidence “data” is that they don’t know what you are thinking in your head when you look at that person in the ad. Maybe you’re thinking something completely innocent, like, “That person looks like my nephew,” or “That’s a terrible haircut,” or “That person looks very unhappy,” etc. Simply looking at someone who is modeling clothes does not mean you are sexualizing that person.
In my personal experience, the Checchi family plays many games with people in this regard, including using underage models who resemble someone in your life. Their goal, as I understand it, is to get you to pause on that screen longer than you normally would while shopping. The reason why you paused does not matter to them because they are playing a data game: they can record what you looked at, how long you looked at it, and potentially use that behavior to construct a profile without knowing what was actually going through your mind.
Last week I was watching a movie on my computer, and I paused the movie to go do something. When I came back to see the movie, they had put the movie back several minutes to a part that featured a teenager in the movie. Why did they do this? It was another data point to “prove” I was going back again to watch a scene with teenager in it. This “data” corruption and fabrication is such a well-oiled machine, I know I’m not the only person experiencing these things. The Checchi family cult leaders are making BILLIONS OF DOLLARS with these data games. It’s not only unethical, but it’s also un-American!
And the most sinister part of this conspiracy is the secrecy of it all: Because the CIA Checchi family are cloaked in government secrecy, they can file charges against you in court that will enslave you based on this manipulated, fabricated data and you would never know the details of what is going on because it’s all concealed under a cloak of secrecy.
I was happy to see a law professor write a book in 2026 with a title that was never more accurate and timely, “Your Data Will Be Used Against You: Policing in the Age of Self-Surveillance,” (Andrew Guthrie Ferguson, a professor of law at George Washington University Law School, published by NYU Press in March 2026.).
“Ferguson argues that smartphones, smart cars, smart homes, watches, medical devices, social media, facial recognition, license-plate readers, Google searches and other technologies are creating enormous databases of information about ordinary people—and that police and prosecutors can potentially use that information to identify suspects or build cases against people. He specifically warns that artificial intelligence and data-driven policing can be weaponized and that existing Fourth Amendment protections have not kept pace with the technology,” (from ChatGPT)

In recent years, these technological devices (smart televisions and computers) have been equipped with covert cameras that are used to study individuals as they look at these screens. Beyond mere observation, these cameras are used to scrutinize and analyze individuals' viewing behaviors, often leading to unwarranted and inaccurate conclusions.
If the spies involved in this invasion of privacy are as corrupt as the CIA Checchi family cult leaders are, they will infer all kinds of innocent behavior as something sinister. This could give these spies a pretext to enslave, punish, or even kill people based on the “data” they acquire while watching someone without their consent or knowledge. The truth is that constitutional protections of privacy are under enormous pressure in 2026, as increasingly sophisticated surveillance technologies give government and intelligence agencies unprecedented access to information about people’s lives. Some people would argue that there is no privacy in America in 2026. The real question is: Are those powers being used within constitutional limits? The Constitution was designed to protect Americans from unreasonable government intrusion.
As if this weren’t enough nonsense… In another disturbing twist, some Supreme Court Justices allow this unjust manipulation of “data” to proceed without adequate scrutiny or objection, underscoring a troubling flaw in the judicial system. In short, our judicial system in America is generally called an “adversarial” system. This means that a judge or jury listens to two different parties in a case, such as the prosecution and the defense in a criminal trial. Each side is responsible for presenting the facts, evidence, and legal arguments that support its position and challenging the other side’s case.
A party can lose not necessarily because its underlying position was wrong, but because it failed to present enough evidence or make a strong enough legal argument to support its position. The court generally makes its decision based on the record that is developed through this process rather than conducting its own independent investigation of the parties’ claims.
In other words, the parties generally must bring their evidence and arguments to the court. A judge is not supposed to build a better case for either side. Even if a judge can see that a party could have made a stronger argument, the judge generally decides the case based on the law, the evidence and arguments that were presented in court.
After what I learned in my case against the Checchi family, I felt the American people needed to be warned this kind of “eye testing” data collection goes on. So, I wrote, Killer Broadband: “Eye Testing” and Other Government Surveillances.
