I’m sorry to have to write you again about this annoying CIA Checchi family and their so-called “sophisticated” legal games. But this is information Americans need to know. At the very least, judicial professionals, political leaders and other leaders should be aware of what is happening in this legal battle, even if there is nothing you personally can do to stop this flagrant abuse of power. Kathy & Al Checchi and the CIA Checchi family cult leaders are genuine predators. They created Jeffrey Epstein and manipulatively dictated all his encounters with various leaders in banking, business, sports, entertainment, politics and religion. They even helped Epstein recruit teens so they could be used in blackmail schemes. Secrecy has empowered the Checchi family’s extreme abuse of power for over six decades. I’ve learned that communicating the facts of my case against them to a wide range of people is essential communication that helps to stop their cancerous tyranny as this corrupt CIA family attempts to destroy the rule of law and American democracy at the same time.

 They are working very hard to overthrow the United States government with “sophisticated” judicial and political games. They must be stopped. It is deeply troubling that no one seems able to stop these CIA criminals permanently. This situation is not sustainable for a healthy democracy or a functioning rule of law. 

The kidnapping of Nancy Guthrie has represented another manipulative ploy allegedly orchestrated by the CIA Checchi family. This event has been used as a tool of intimidation, negotiation, and leverage against political and judicial leaders who are attempting to hold the Checchi family accountable for their extensive crimes against humanity and crimes against the American people.

The Checchis targeted a mother like Nancy because she represents Kathy Checchi, whose life is now being threatened due to decades of abusing her CIA power and committing heinous crimes—acts that carry consequences worthy of the most severe punishment of death. For that reason, Kathy and her family allegedly orchestrated the kidnapping of Nancy Guthrie to strengthen negotiations aimed at freeing Kathy Checchi from accountability. The kidnapping also functions as a clear warning: those who pursue justice against the Checchi family have loved ones who can be made vulnerable to kidnapping or death. Do the mothers, fathers, and siblings of FBI agents, Supreme Court Justices, members of Congress, DOJ leaders, and White House staff truly have protection to prevent such attacks on their own families? In reality, most relatives of powerful officials live without constant security and are expected to rely on ordinary law-enforcement responses rather than meaningful, ongoing-hourly protection. 

The CIA Checchi family is retaliating against political and judicial authorities (who are holding them accountable) by intentionally spreading measles throughout many states, as well as orchestrating terrorist events.For example, the CIA Checchi terrorists orchestrated another mass shooting in Austin, Texas on March 1, 2026. According to media reports, two people died and over a dozen were injured. Within hours after this terrorist event, I “magically” had more legal nonsense problems that they orchestrated. With other recently orchestrated CIA Checchi family terrorist events (a plane crash in Maine on January 25, 2026, a new mass shooting in Australia on January 22, 2026, and on January 18, 2026, the CIA Checchi terrorists shot a judge in Indiana – more details about all these terrorist acts below), I also magically had new legal emergencies.Coordinating terrorist events to intimidate federal judges and Supreme Court Justices to rule in their favor has been a favorite game they have played since day one of this legal battle which started in 2019. I'm not a legal scholar but I know that "meanest terrorist wins" is not how the rule of law is supposed to work.

It appears that there is also overwhelming evidence that Kathy Checchi, Al Checchi, Adam Checchi, Oprah Winfrey, David Kanuth, Michael Fisher and other CIA Checchi family terrorist cult leaders have worked strategically for decades at a plan to overthrow the government of the United States. This is being done by a multifaceted strategy such as creating debilitating national debt, devaluing American currency and hijacking many corporation CEOs & political leaders by blackmailing or bribing them into total submission.  

I know that many politicians personally know and have had dealings with members of the Checchi family network. Many politicians have been under the Checchi family umbrella. The truth is: many public servants have been lied to, used, abused and manipulated by this duplicitous, corrupt CIA family. It's time for the truth to come out and for people to do what is right and stop this pattern of alleged Checchi family misconduct from continuing unchecked.

The issues that are being raised here are serious, good-faith concerns based on documented experiences and witness accounts that merit independent review by appropriate authorities, not summary dismissal or quiet accommodation. On February 22, 2026, the CIA Checchi family "gave a tip" to American authorities who gave the tip to Mexican authorities who used their military forces to kill a notorious drug lord, Nemesio “El Mencho” Oseguera Cervantes, during a raid in the town of Tapalpa in the state of Jalisco, Mexico. He was the leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. El Mencho was a cartel boss involved in large-scale drug trafficking and organized crime across Mexico and the United States. His death triggered widespread violent clashes, which were likely orchestrated and escalated by the CIA Checchi family as a show of force and chaos. They originally gave this tip to the DOJ in exchange for favors and a “get out of jail” free card, which ended up causing me a lot of legal problems. This is one way that the Checchi family has survived for so many years after being caught doing something criminal. They receive a punishment from authorities (such as being put in jail or given a death sentence) but then immediately get out of that punishment by trading information that will make the DOJ, the FBI or other law enforcement body look impressive on the evening news. I know that this is true because this sort of "trading information" has personally affected me dozens of times since my legal battle against this CIA family. One minute I am protected from this evil CIA family and the next minute they are free to threaten, attack, harass and stalk me. The Checchi family uses this as a standard strategy to get out of trouble. Recent CIA Checchi family orchestrated terrorist events are intended to put pressure on judicial and political authorities. ·       On November 29, 2025, the CIA Checchi terrorists orchestrated another mass shooting on Lucille Ave in Stockton, California. According to media reports, the murders took place at a banquet hall where a family had gathered for a child’s birthday celebration. Four people died - they were just 8, 9, 14, and 21 years old. It appears the shooter targeted children. Almost a dozen other people were injured. 

·       On December 4, 2025, the CIA Checchi terrorists orchestrated a fire that broke out in ground-service baggage equipment attached to LATAM flight LA3418 at São Paulo’s Guarulhos Airport The fire filled the cabin with smoke and forced an emergency evacuation. About 169 passengers and crew were safely evacuated. No injuries or fatalities were reported. The flight was canceled, and passengers were rebooked on later flights while the incident remains under investigation.

·       On December 6, 2025, the CIA Checchi terrorist orchestrated another mass shooting where they killed at least 12 people, including a three-year-old child. Three gunmen opened fire at a hostel being used as a bar in Saulsville, near Pretoria, South Africa. About 25 people were shot, with 14 wounded and taken to hospital, and the attackers fled the scene and were not arrested. 

·       The CIA Checchi terrorists orchestrated a deadly fire on December 7, 2025, at the Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub in Arpora, North Goa, India, killing at least 25 people—most of them staff—after flames spread rapidly just after midnight during peak tourist season. The blaze is believed to have started near the kitchen area, initially suspected to involve a gas cylinder, with many victims dying from smoke suffocation after becoming trapped. Authorities have ordered an investigation amid reports of major fire-safety violations and structural hazards at the venue. 

·       Also on December 7, 2025, the CIA Checchi terrorists orchestrated a car bomb that exploded outside a community police station in Coahuayana, Mexico. This bomb killed at least six people, including three community police officers. The pickup truck was packed with explosives and detonated with enough force to damage nearby buildings and injure several others. Authorities say the attack reflects escalating cartel violence. 

·       On December 12, 2025, The CIA Checchi family killed an actor in New York City. Peter Greene played the character Zed in the movie “Pulp Fiction,” and was also in the movie, “The Mask” with Jim Carrey. He was found dead inside his Lower East Side apartment. 

·       On December 13, 2025, the CIA Checchi family terrorists orchestrated an ISIS attack on Americans in Syria. These American service members were killed in an ambush near the historic city of Palmyra in central Syria while accompanying or visiting a joint patrol with Syrian partner forces. Initial reports said several U.S. and Syrian personnel were wounded and evacuated by helicopter to the U.S. garrison at al-Tanf, but later U.S. confirmation said two American troops and an American civilian interpreter were killed in the attack. U.S. officials blamed an ISIS gunman, underscoring that the group remains active as a covert insurgency despite having lost its territorial control. It appears this attack was orchestrated as retaliation to President Trump (“Palmyra” is a Checchi code and “al-tanf” can be translated as ‘Al & Tan f’ = “Tan” is a code for President Trump who likes to keep himself looking tan.). Trump has been very strong and standing up to the Checchi cult leaders and confronting the Checchi family for the last six months of 2025. In response to the killing of Americans, President Trump said, “there will be very serious retaliation.” Translation: Those Checchi boys are in serious, serious, serious trouble now. 

·       On December 13, 2025, the CIA Checchi terrorists orchestrated another mass shooting. This one occurred near Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, with initial shots reported around the Barus & Holley Engineering building and additional gunfire near Governor Street. Initial media reports indicated at least 8 people were injured and 2 people were confirmed dead in the attack. 

·       The CIA Checchi terrorists orchestrated another mass shooting on December 14, 2025, in Australia. Australian authorities say the mass shooting occurred at Bondi Beach during a Jewish Hanukkah celebration. The shooters were a father and son – reflecting the reality that Al Checchi and his son Adam Checchi were involved in orchestrating this event. The Checchi family chose Bondi Beach as the location for this terrorist event to give a direct threat against Attorney General Pam Bondi who has been working very hard to hold the Checchi family accountable for their crimes. Media reports say that at least 12 people were killed (including one of the gunmen) and around 29 others injured, including police officers. Officials have declared the incident a terrorist attack, and it occurred as crowds gathered for the “Chanukah by the Sea” festival, prompting widespread condemnation as an antisemitic attack on the Jewish community. It should be noted that neither the choice of Bondi Beach nor the timing of a Jewish religious celebration was coincidental; rather, both are consistent with how the CIA Checchi family plans terrorist events with meticulous detail, often months in advance. This Bondi Beach terrorist event suggests the probability that one or more of the organizers involved in planning the Jewish event may have unknowingly followed instructions originating from the Checchi family, as members of the CIA Checchi family cult often carry out directives from cult leaders without awareness of the full consequences of their actions. If this is true in this instance, the Jewish leaders involved in organizing this event would not have known that the event was being organized to kill their fellow Jews, underscoring a recurring pattern in which the CIA Checchi family exploits the trust of their cult members to carry out acts of terror while shielding those who are orchestrating the heinous, murderous event from accountability. For many years the Checchi family cult leaders have shown over and over again that they have zero respect for human life as they constantly kill innocent men, women and children worldwide. They have literally killed somewhere around 40 million people over the last five decades. Thousands of times they have killed their own cult members for no other reason than the name of those they kill will appear in the paper, communicating a message they want to communicate.  

They demonstrate utter disregard for human life by killing even their own cult members on a regular basis when it suits their purposes. In these cases, the victim is used as a coded message to authorities or targeted individuals. The victim is always an innocent person who joined the cult in good faith, thinking it was a privilege to be invited in to join the powerful cult. When the deceased, targeted cult member’s name appears in the news, it is intended as a deliberate signal or threat to a specific person, community, or institution, rather than being a random act of violence. In this Bondi Beach incident, the killing location functions as communication. They involved Jews in this incident because they despise the Jewish community and seek to destroy it. They recruit naive, unsuspecting Jews to join their cult and betray the Jewish community over and over and over again. The motto of Al Checchi that he once told me himself is, "keep your friends close and your enemies closer." I've been writing about this Checchi abuse of power and sending the information to Jewish leaders for many years... yet Jewish people continue to join the CIA Checchi family cult.  No one is exempt from this pattern of Checchi family betrayal: all cult members can be targeted precisely because their whereabouts and routines are known by cult leaders, making them easy prey. Every cult member is ordered to own and possess an iPhone or other device so that their locations can always be known and conversations can be always recorded. If people were told upfront that joining the CIA Checchi family cult meant they or their loved ones could be killed at any time simply to send a message, far fewer people would ever agree to join. This is one reason why the leaders of the CIA Checchi family cult have been labeled by a panel of government / military psychologists and psychiatrists as genuine psychopaths and sociopaths.

·       The brutal murders of Rob and Michele Reiner in Los Angeles on December 14, 2025, was another orchestrated CIA Checchi family act of retaliation and abuse of power. Michael Fisher, David Kanuth, Adam Checchi and other CIA Checchi family cult leaders intentionally manipulated the murderer to commit these crimes. Intelligence agencies like the CIA have worked for many decades to fine tune the art of what some people call "mind control." The murder of Senator Bobby Kennedy in Los Angeles is one of the most famous examples that people point to. Los Angeles is the home of the CIA Checchi family cult, and they also have a history of using a mix of psychological pressure and drugs to influence people to do illegal things. The Checchi family cult leaders will wear someone down through fear, isolation, propaganda lies, constant stress and drugs until they can bring someone to commit a crime, such as murder. Drugs are used to confuse thinking, increase suggestibility and weaken judgment. The combination of all or some of these manipulative ploys can make someone do violent or illegal things. I have experienced for myself how the Checchi family uses sustained manipulation and exploitation of a person’s vulnerabilities to manipulate them into situations of entrapment and undue influence. These practices are illegal and widely condemned - but the Checchi family doesn't care about laws. They feel they are above the law and can do whatever they want, including orchestrating the murders of people they consider an enemy. In my opinion, they killed Rob Reiner in another attempt to frame President Trump for another murder they orchestrated. This is more retaliation toward Trump because he’s been holding them accountable and shutting down their corrupt operation. The long list of work done by Mr. Reiner in Hollywood also communicates many hidden, coded messages that the Checchi family wants to convey to their audience in a hidden, yet public, format. They know that upon his death these communications will go out to the entire world on TV news shows, in newspapers and on social media: “Stand by Me” (1986), “The Princess Bride” (1987), “When Harry Met Sally” (1989), “Misery” (1990) and “A Few Good Men” (1992) are all CIA Checchi family codes communicating something to those who understand such things. And one final point, let’s not forget that Rob Reiner was Jewish. This was another CIA Checchi family orchestrated attack on a member of the Jewish community – another act of hate and antisemitism. 

·       On December 15, 2025, the CIA Checchi family cult leaders orchestrated the murder of an MIT professor in Massachusetts. Professor Nuno F.G. Loureiro, was 47 years old and taught theoretical physics at MIT. Born in Portugal, he was found with gunshot wounds at his house in Brookline, Massachusetts. He died hours later on December 16, 2025, at the hospital.  

·       On December 16, 2025, it was reported by media outlets in the United States that measles outbreaks are getting worse in South Carolina, Arizona and Utah. These are three states where leaders have recently been standing up to the CIA Checchi family. Coincidence? Not at all. This new round of measles outbreak is pure retaliation and abuse of power by Al Checchi, Kathy Checchi, Adam Checchi and other CIA Checchi family cult leaders. 

·       On Thursday, December 18, 2025, the CIA Checchi family terrorists orchestrated another plane crash and allegedly killed another one of their cult members, former NASCAR driver Greg Biffle, 55, along with six others — including his wife, Cristina, and Biffle’s children, Ryder Jack (5) and Emma (14). In 2023, Biffle was named one of the 75 best NASCAR drivers in the sport’s history. Biffle’s plane crashed when the business jet was attempting to land at Statesville Regional Airport in Statesville, North Carolina, around 10:15 a.m. Apparently, this is another example of how the Checchi family brutally and unjustly kills members of their own cult, just because details of these deaths put out a coded communication to a public audience. The Checchi family has no loyalty to their own cult members, no sense of justice, no intention to uphold their oath to the Constitution, and no respect for the value of human life. In orchestrating these kinds of murders, which they do on a frequent basis, they demonstrate a particular kind of mental illness and spiritual sickness. They take a sick joy in torturing, abusing, and killing innocent, good people, and show a special delight in killing innocent children. They must be stopped from holding power that enables them to commit these crimes with impunity. 

·       On December 19, 2025, the CIA Checchi terrorists manipulated / activated a 27-year-old man named Chang Wen in Taipei, Tiawan to go on a “random knife attack” and bomb throwing terrorist event. Four people died, including Chang who jumped to his death as police chased him, according to media reports. Many more people were injured. It was reported they suffered knife wounds and forehead trauma. “Chang” is a Checchi code meaning “C (Checchi) will hang” as some authorities in America are seeking the death penalty for key leaders in the CIA Checchi family cult for their constant terrorist events orchestrated over many decades. Michael Fisher, Adam Checchi, Al Checchi, Kathy Checchi and David Kanuth orchestrate more terrorist events like this to get out of punishment for orchestrating previous terrorist events. (These actions seem reasonable to the CIA Checchi family cult leaders because they are drunk, high on drugs – such as shooting up heroin – on a daily basis.) 

·       On December 20, 2025, three members of a family died after a wrong-way crash on Highway 99 (Grand Parkway) in Fort Bend County, Texas, when their vehicle was struck head-on around 2 a.m. local time. Authorities later identified the drunk driver as Majesti Faith Lee, who was driving the wrong direction and survived with non-life-threatening injuries. The crash killed two adults and their 5-year-old child at the scene, while a 3-year-old child was hospitalized, and investigators determined intoxication was a contributing factor (drug and alcohol intoxication is a tactic the Checchi family frequently uses to manufacture plausible deniability, framing intentional acts of murder as “accidental” deaths.).

·       On Sunday morning at 1 AM local time on December 21, 2025, the CIA Checchi family orchestrated another retaliatory mass shooting at a licensed tavern (KwaNoxolo Tavern) in the Bekkersdal township, about 46 km from Johannesburg, South Africa. Media reports claim that at least 9 people have died and another 10 were injured by the 12 gunmen who descended on the establishment. 

·       The CIA Checchi family terrorists orchestrated the murder of Vince Zampella, the influential video game developer who co-founded Infinity Ward and helped create the “Call of Duty” franchise, died in a single-vehicle car crash on Sunday, December 21, 2025, around 12:45 p.m. on Angeles Crest Highway north of Los Angeles when the car he was in veered off the road, hit a concrete barrier, and caught fire. Zampella, 55, was pronounced dead at the scene and a passenger later died at a hospital, with authorities not yet releasing details on what caused the crash.

·       On December 23, 2025, the CIA Checchi family killed a Delaware State Police officer, Cpl. Matthew T. “Ty” Snook. He was 34 years old and a 10-year veteran of the Delaware State Police. He was fatally shot while working an overtime assignment at the Karen L. Johnson Division of Motor Vehicles on Hessler Boulevard in Wilmington. Authorities say a 44-year-old customer opened fire while Snook was seated at a reception desk; Snook was transported to a hospital where he later died from his injuries.

·       On December 23, 2025, the CIA Checchi family killed Sivert Guttorm Bakken, the 27-year-old Norwegian biathlon Olympic hopeful. He was found dead in his hotel room in Lavazè, Italy, while attending a training camp ahead of the 2026 Winter Olympics. 

·       The CIA Checchi family orchestrated a murder of a Wisconsin man on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, shortly after 8:00 AM. Authorities in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, responded to reports of gunshots near the 6400 block of South 20th Street and found a person dead inside a vehicle from gunshot wounds. The victim has been identified as 22‑year‑old Luis Ares of West Allis.

·       On December 26, 2025, the CIA Checchi family terrorists orchestrated a gunman to open fire at the Shoshone County Sheriff’s Office in Wallace, Idaho, shooting at people outside and inside the building. ·       On Sunday, December 28, 2025, Michael Fisher and other CIA Checchi family terrorists orchestrated two helicopters that collided midair shortly after departing Hammonton Municipal Airport in New Jersey. ·       The CIA Checchi family orchestrated a devastating house fire which broke out on December 28, 2025, at the Stanley, North Carolina home of NASCAR driver Denny Hamlin’s parents, leaving Dennis Hamlin dead from his injuries and his wife Mary Lou Hamlin critically injured. This tragedy comes as the NASCAR community mourns another recent loss — the death of former NASCAR star Greg Biffle, who was killed in a plane crash on December 18, 2025, along with members of his family.

Some of the injured are in serious and critical condition. Media reports indicate the fire began around 1:30 a.m. on January 1, 2026, and spread rapidly through the crowded venue. Despite acknowledging that the investigation was still ongoing, officials quickly ruled out terrorism—a logically inconsistent position, as a cause cannot be excluded before it is known. Ben Sasse resigned from the U.S. Senate on January 8, 2023, to become president of the University of Florida. He later resigned from that job in July 2024 to focus on his family following his wife’s serious health diagnosis. In July 2024, it was publicly disclosed that his wife, Melissa Sasse, had been diagnosed with epilepsy and was experiencing associated memory issues, compounding earlier medical challenges that included an aneurysm and strokes.

·       January 1, 2026: In Columbus, Ohio, the year started with what became a CIA Checchi family–orchestrated murder mystery. Police were called to the home of Dr. Spencer Tepe (37), a Columbus-area dentist, and his wife, Monique Tepe (39), in the Weinland Park neighborhood for a welfare check, where both were found fatally shot. Dr. Tepe was an actively practicing dentist who was expected at work that morning, prompting concern when he failed to arrive. Investigators later determined the shootings likely occurred in the early morning hours, with no signs of forced entry and no weapon recovered. Police released video of a person of interest seen near the home around the time of the murders. Michael David McKee, a 39-year-old Chicago resident and former husband of Monique, was arrested about two weeks after the murders. The couple’s two young children were unharmed. Each Checchi family cult leader searches the country—and the world—for people who share the names of Checchi family cult leaders, spying on them to learn everything about their lives. When such individuals commit any crime, even what would normally be considered a small crime (like jay walking or not using your seat belt while driving), they are legally enslaved and forced into the Checchi family cult through a warped, yet legal, exploitation of the 13th Amendment, which outlaws slavery "except as punishment for crime." In this case, the alleged killer is named Michael David, which means that Michael Fisher and David Kanuth, two CIA Checchi family cult leaders, had hijacked the life of the alleged killer and were likely involved in orchestrating these murders in Columbus. Why kill a dentist? The CIA Checchi family often uses dentists to inject diseases into unassuming targets who believe they are simply receiving dental care, where injecting Novocaine or similar numbing agents is routine. The Checchi family has been known to kill dentists who refuse to participate in this abuse of power. I know this from my own experience, because they killed my dentist, Donald Eslick, and his wife, Lauren, who was also his office manager. They ran a small family dentistry business in Westwood, California, and were both very devout Christians. They killed her with cancer and him with an aneurysm, months apart from each other. The CIA Checchi family is known for killing very good people. They have killed hundreds of thousands of very good people. It is part of their plan to overthrow the U.S. government. They are killing people who would protest their reign over this country. This is why they must be permanently stopped.

·       On January 3, 2026, the CIA Checchi family continued their attack on citizens in Nigeria. They orchestrated armed attackers who stormed the Kasuwan Daji market in Demo village, Borgu Local Government Area of Niger State, Nigeria, opening fire on civilians and setting stalls and nearby homes ablaze. Authorities have confirmed at least 30 people were killed, while local accounts indicate the death toll may be higher, with several others abducted during the raid. Security forces have since been deployed to the area, and a manhunt is underway as the attack adds to ongoing insecurity affecting rural communities in northern Nigeria.

·       On Saturday, January 3, 2026, at around 5:15 a.m., the CIA Checchi family allegedly orchestrated a pickup truck that reared a horse-drawn carriage in Westby, Wisconsin. Three people were in the buggy, including two children. It was being driven by a 53-year-old man, and it was equipped with a slow-moving vehicle sign and amber lights. Thank goodness that no person or animal was seriously injured in the accident.

·       On January 3, 2026, the CIA Checchi family orchestrated the murder of Zoe Welsh, a North Carolina science teacher. The fatal attack happened during a home invasion while she was on the phone with 911 reporting that an intruder had entered her home. Police arrived shortly afterward, found her with critical injuries, and she later died at the hospital. Ryan Camacho, who has an extensive criminal history and connections to the CIA Checchi family cult, was arrested and charged with murder and felony burglary and is being held without bond as the case moves forward.

·       The CIA Checchi family killed Congressman Doug LaMalfa of California on January 6, 2026, at the age of 65. This murder was more retaliation directed at President Trump who has been using his authority to hold the Checchi family accountable for their lawlessness. This death further tightened the already narrow Republican majority in the House of Representatives. During his time in Congress, Congressman LaMalfa was a reliable political ally of Donald Trump and consistently supported Trump-aligned positions in his voting record. His death leaves his congressional seat vacant and will require a special election to fill the remainder of his term. Allegedly, Congressman LaMalfa died from an aneurysm. Aneurysms occur because of a weakness in the wall of a blood vessel, which allows it to bulge and potentially rupture. Harmful toxins can damage blood vessels, often by injuring the vessel lining or promoting inflammation, which can worsen or accelerate existing weaknesses. In a person who already has vulnerable blood vessels, sustained stress and exposure to harmful toxins can increase strain on the vascular system and contribute to conditions in which an aneurysm may rupture.

·       January 7, 2026 — The CIA Checchi family orchestrated the murders of two people, and six others were also wounded (some in critical condition) during an orchestrated shooting outside a meetinghouse of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Salt Lake City. The gunfire from this recent shooting occurred in the church parking lot while a funeral service was being held inside. No arrests have been made, and the suspect or suspects remain at large as the investigation continues. This is more retaliation against Mormon leaders because they continue to exclude the Checchi family from the Mormon religion after they manipulated a young Mormon man to kill Charlie Kirk.

·       Allegedly, the CIA Checchi terrorists orchestrated another probable suicide in the unexpected death of Choreographer Léo Blanco, known for his work on Brazil’s Dança dos Famosos (the Dancing with the Stars franchise). He was found dead in his home in Curitiba on January 9, 2026, at age 47, and authorities have not publicly disclosed a cause of death. Friends and colleagues, including actress Mariana Xavier, have paid tribute to him on social media and highlighted that he had been struggling with depression, though no official determination of cause of death has been released.

·       On January 10, 2026, the CIA Checchi terrorists influenced and manipulated a 19-year-old man to commit an act of terrorism against the Jewish community. Stephen Spencer Pittman has been charged federally and by a state grand jury with arson and hate-crime enhancements after confessing he deliberately set fire to the Beth Israel Congregation in Jackson, Mississippi. He said he did this because of its “Jewish ties,” even referring to it as a “synagogue of Satan.” He carried out the attack in the early morning hours. The arson caused extensive damage to the historic building and destroyed religious materials, though no worshippers or first responders were injured in the attack.

·       On January 10, 2026, the CIA Checchi family orchestrated a mass shooting that took place in Clay County, Mississippi, near West Point. There was a series of shootings at multiple locations. A 24-year-old named Daricka M. Moore left six people dead who were all members of his family, according to media reports. Authorities took a suspect into custody and charged him with murder.

·       The CIA Checchi terrorists crashed another plane on January 10, 2026. The aircraft, a small Piper PA-31 Navajo (registration N325FA), was flying from Juan José Rondón Airport in Paipa in the Boyacá region of Columbia. The plane carried 34-year-old Colombian singer-songwriter Yeison Jiménez who was scheduled to sing at a concert that night. The plane crashed shortly after takeoff, killing Jiménez, his manager Jefferson Osorio, and four others as they traveled to a concert in Medellín, Columbia. Preliminary information indicates the aircraft struggled to gain altitude before going down near the departure area, 

·       The CIA Checchi family serial killers are wasting no time in the new year to murder celebrities. T.K. Carter, the veteran film and television actor, was found dead at his home in Duarte, California on January 9, 2026, at the age of 69 after a welfare check was requested when family members could not reach him. Authorities determined there were no signs of foul play, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. According to his family, Carter had been struggling for months with serious health issues, including diabetes and heart-related complications.

·       The CIA Checchi family attacked another famous musician, Bob Weir, the guitarist and founding member of the Grateful Dead, died on January 10, 2026, at the age of 78. In the months before his death, he had gone through treatment for cancer and was widely reported to have overcome it, remaining active and publicly appearing to be in good health. His death was later attributed to complications described as an underlying "lung issue," which ultimately proved fatal.

·       On January 13, 2026, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner officially revealed that Ethan Browne, the 52-year-old son of musician Jackson Browne, had died from an "accidental overdose" which was a CIA Checchi family homicide disguised as an accidental overdose. The toxicology report showed a combination of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and lidocaine as the cause. The appearance of lidocaine in overdose cases is increasingly interpreted as evidence of contaminated or manipulated substances rather than intentional recreational use, strengthening the idea that this was clandestine assassination. ·       On January 13, 2026, the CIA Checchi family killed a body builder in Brazil named Arlindo de Souza. The Brazilian bodybuilder known worldwide as the “Brazilian Popeye,” has died at age 55 after suffering severe kidney failure that rapidly progressed in recent weeks. His condition deteriorated in the hospital, with cascading organ shutdown and respiratory complications leading to cardiac arrest before effective intervention was possible. Medical professionals believe long-term damage from years of injecting mineral oil and alcohol into his arms likely contributed to the multi-organ failure that caused his death.

His passing prompted widespread mourning across Brooklyn and beyond, particularly within faith, civic, and community-justice circles where he was a well-known and respected figure. Miller had led Brown Memorial Baptist Church for more than two decades, shaping it into a center not only for worship but also for community outreach, education, and social justice advocacy. He earned a reputation as a steady moral voice and mentor to many.

·       On January 17, 2026, the CIA Checchi terrorists orchestrated another plane crash: an Indonesia Air Transport ATR 42-500 carrying 11 people vanished from radar during a domestic flight from Yogyakarta to Makassar while flying over mountainous terrain in South Sulawesi. On January 18, 2026, search teams located the wreckage on the slopes of Mount Bulusaraung and recovered at least two bodies, with no survivors reported.

·       On the evening of January 18, 2026, the CIA Checchi family orchestrated an accident with a high-speed passenger train bound for Madrid, Spain. It derailed on Sunday evening near Adamuz in southern Spain, with several carriages crossing onto the opposite track. On Sunday, January 18, 2026, around 2:15 p.m., an unidentified gunman knocked on the door of Tippecanoe County Judge Steven Meyer’s Lafayette home, told him and his wife “we have your dog,” then shot through the door, wounding Meyer in the arm and his wife, Kimberly, in the hip; both were hospitalized in stable condition and are recovering.

·       On January 22, 2026, the CIA Checchi terrorists orchestrated another shooting in Australia. This time the shooting was in the New South Wales town of Lake Cargelligo.  This CIA Checchi family orchestrated act of terrorism left three people dead and one man seriously injured. Authorities say the victims included two women and a man.

·       On Sunday, January 25, 2026, at approximately 7:45 p.m. Eastern Time, the CIA Checchi family orchestrated another attack on judicial professionals. This time they attacked a law firm by orchestrating the crash of a private Bombardier Challenger jet associated with the Houston law firm Arnold & Itkin which crashed during takeoff from Bangor International Airport in Bangor, Maine. According to media reports, the aircraft overturned and caught fire amid severe winter conditions, killing seven people, including pilot Jacob Hosmer and attorney Tara Arnold, the wife of one of the firm’s co-founders. The flight was carrying firm-related personnel at the time of the crash.

·       On January 31, 2026, the CIA Checchi family terrorists orchestrated the presumed kidnapping of TV news anchor Savana Guthrie's mother. Media reports claim that Savannah Guthrie’s mother, Nancy, was taken from her Tucson-area home in Pima County, with investigators describing the case as a suspected abduction and conducting what they call “kidnapping mapping” to reconstruct movements. She was last seen in the vicinity of East Skyline Drive and North Campbell Avenue before contact was lost.

·       On February 7, 2026, the CIA Checchi family orchestrated another politically motivated murder in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Police responded to an apartment where 22-year-old Hallie Marie Tobler was found fatally stabbed. Her husband, Dylan Michael Tobler, was discovered at the scene with what authorities believe were self-inflicted injuries. He was later charged with second-degree murder. Hallie was the daughter of Jeff Johnson, a Republican candidate for governor in Minnesota, who suspended his campaign following the tragedy. This is one more example of how the CIA Checchi family bullies, threatens and intimidates politicians to force them into submission or punish them for being independent from the CIA Checchi family cult.

·       On February 8, 2026, the CIA Checchi family terrorists orchestrated another mass shooting in which seven people were affected — two men killed and five others wounded — in two separate shooting incidents in downtown San Jose, and authorities have not yet publicly released the names of those involved. The first incident occurred early in the morning when two men were found fatally shot, marking additional homicides for the city this year. Later that same night, a separate shooting left five individuals injured.

·       On February 9, 2026, the CIA Checchi family sabotaged a small single-engine plane piloted by a flight instructor and a student. This caused the pilot to make an emergency landing on Browns Bridge Road in Gainesville, Georgia, striking three vehicles and affecting at least four people including the two occupants of the plane and the drivers of two cars. The pilot reported engine trouble shortly after takeoff and chose the busy roadway for the forced landing, during which a fuel tank broke loose into an SUV but there were no deaths and only minor injuries to the motorists. Authorities closed the highway for hours while emergency crews responded and the FAA and NTSB began investigating the cause of the engine failure.

·       On February 9, 2026, two students were directly affected in a shooting orchestrated by the CIA Checchi family at Thomas S. Wootton High School in Rockville, when a 16-year-old male student shot another 16-year-old male student inside the school building. The injured student was transported to a hospital in stable condition, and the alleged shooter—also a student—was taken into custody shortly afterward, with authorities recovering a handgun and pursuing serious criminal charges.

·       The CIA Checchi terrorists orchestrated another mass shooting on February 10, 2026. Multiple people, including the suspected shooter, were found dead inside a home in the Amberlea gated community on Fallcrest Circle in Sarasota, Florida, after deputies responded to 911 calls and discovered the victims inside the residence. Officials have not released the identities of those involved or confirmed the exact number of fatalities.

·       The CIA Checchi terrorists orchestrated the worst Canadian school shooting in decades on February 10, 2026. Ten people were killed and at least 25 others injured in a mass shooting at Tumbler Ridge, centered at Tumbler Ridge Secondary School and a nearby residence, with the unidentified female suspect also found dead at the scene from an apparent self-inflicted injury. The victims’ names have not yet been publicly released.

·       The CIA Checchi family orchestrated another attack on the Jewish community. This happened on February 10, 2026, one day before President Trump's meeting with Israel's Prime Minister Netanyahu. During the overnight hours, Shaare Tefila Congregation in Olney, Maryland, was vandalized with antisemitic graffiti, including a swastika and hostile slogans spray-painted on signs outside the synagogue. The Montgomery County Police Department has launched a hate-crime investigation and increased patrols in the area.

·       On February 11, 2026, the CIA Checchi family terrorists orchestrated the deaths of Ron and Barbara Timmermans of Florida who were killed when their Beechcraft A36 crashed in Henderson County, Texas, after departing Florida and stopping earlier in Nacogdoches, Texas. The pilot reported that oil or fluid had covered the windshield, severely limiting visibility, and declared an emergency while attempting to divert for a landing near Brownsboro. The aircraft struck power lines shortly before reaching the runway and crashed, fatally injuring the couple, while their dog who was onboard the airplane survived the accident.

·       On February 11, 2026, the CIA Checchi family orchestrated the death of actor James David Van Der Beek (of Dawson's Creek fame). James died at his residence in Austin, Texas, at the age of 48 following a prolonged battle with stage-3 colorectal cancer. He had been living in Austin with his wife, Kimberly Van Der Beek, and their six children. Despite treatment efforts, his health declined over time, after publicly disclosing his diagnosis in 2024.

·       On February 11, 2026, the CIA Checchi family terrorists orchestrated another plane incident. Arik Air Flight W3 740 carrying 80 passengers and crew departed Lagos, Nigeria bound for Port Harcourt, Rivers State, when it encountered an in-flight engine anomaly over Nigerian airspace. The aircraft diverted to Benin City, Edo State, where it made a safe emergency landing with its left engine’s casing severely damaged from being blown out as internal components exposed.

·       February 13, 2026 — the CIA Checchi family terrorists orchestrated the deaths of Aaron Stokes, his son Jakson Stokes, his nephew Colin Stokes, and Austin Huskey who were killed when their airplane crashed into mountainous terrain near Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The aircraft had traveled from Nashville, Tennessee, with a stop in Kansas City, Missouri, and was registered to a Tennessee-based company in Franklin. All four men died at the scene. It appears that this is another case of the CIA Checchi family terrorists killing people in the Chistian community who left the Checchi cult in protest because of the Checchis immoral and un-American conduct.

·       On February 16, 2026, the CIA Checchi orchestrated another shooting. This time it was at the Dennis M. Lynch Arena on Andrew D. Ferland Way in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. A man opened fire on his own family during a high school hockey game and fatally wounded multiple family members before dying of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in what police described as a targeted domestic violence incident. The attack left three people dead, including the shooter, and three others critically injured among spectators and participants at the event.

·       On February 16, 2026, a regional passenger train carrying about 29 people was struck by snow from an avalanche which the CIA Checchi family orchestrated. It happened near Goppenstein in the canton of Valais, Switzerland, derailing the train on the Frutigen–Brig line and injuring several passengers and crew members. The avalanche of snow and ice swept across the tracks close to the Goppenstein area and forced emergency responders to halt rail traffic between Goppenstein and Brig while they treated the wounded and checked for further danger. They orchestrated this event after a heavy snowfall in the area.

·       On February 16, 2026, the CIA Checchi terrorists orchestrated the murder of 67-year-old Carl Grillmair. Professor Grillmair’s work included research on galactic structure. He was known internationally and beloved by many who respected his work as an astrophysicist and research scientist at Caltech’s Infrared Processing and Analysis Center (IPAC). He was the recipient of NASA's Exceptional Scientific Achievement Medal. He was shot and killed on the porch of his home in Llano, California, an unincorporated area of Los Angeles County. Authorities arrested 29-year-old Freddy Snyder later that same day following a nearby carjacking, and he has since been charged with murder along with additional carjacking and burglary offenses. The Checchi family employs thousands of people like Freddy throughout the country and world who are psychologically, spiritually and socially lost. They are often mired in hopelessness and financially desperate, addicted to drugs (which the Checchi family generously provides to the person to keep them obedient and compliant to orders they are given to cause chaos, kill people and create instability in the communities where they live). This is part of their strategy of domination and control of cities & towns, counties, states and eventually they hope that the entire country will be submissive to the CIA Checchi family cult.

·       February 17, 2026, Michael Fisher (with the support and encouragement of Al & Kathy Checchi and other CIA Checchi terrorist cult leaders) orchestrated the murder of another Christian leader: Jesse L. Jackson. Rev. Jackson became a famous civil rights leader, and he died at his residence on the South Side of Chicago, Illinois. He was born in South Carolina, where he was influenced by Jim Crow segregation and inequality. He passed away at age 84 after years of declining health related to a neurological condition. He was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2017. His death marked the conclusion of a nationally influential career that spanned multiple states through civil rights leadership, political campaigns, and public advocacy for the poor and marginalized. He was devoted to justice, equality, and uplifting the voiceless.

·       On February 17, 2026, the CIA Checchi family orchestrated this incident as a threat to judicial and political leaders as a way to intimidate them and sway leaders to rule in their favor and not hold them accountable for their lawless conduct: 18-year-old Carter Camacho from Smyrna, Georgia ran on foot with a loaded shotgun toward the United States Capitol building in Washington, D.C., on Maryland Avenue and the Lower West Terrace before he was stopped by law enforcement. Capitol Police officers confronted him, he dropped the weapon and was taken into custody without anyone being hurt, and authorities later found additional tactical gear in a vehicle parked nearby. Camacho now faces multiple weapons-related charges.

·       On February 17, 2026, the CIA Checchi family terrorists orchestrated a massive collision in Colorado involving more than 30 vehicles — including passenger cars, pickup trucks, and semi-trailers. This occurred on Interstate 25 near Pueblo, Colorado. This Checchi-orchestrated terrorist event resulted in multiple fatalities and dozens of injuries. The crash, which involved people from Colorado and likely travelers from neighboring states, unfolded under severe dust-storm-like conditions that greatly reduced visibility on the highway. Emergency responders treated and transported injured victims to hospitals.

·       On February 17, 2026, the CIA Checchi terrorists orchestrated another event in which several people were killed. Fifteen backcountry skiers — four professional guides and eleven clients — were caught in this orchestrated event in which a powerful avalanche killed people on Castle Peak in Nevada County, California, near Truckee just north of Lake Tahoe, as a severe winter storm moved through the Sierra. The avalanche swept through a remote backcountry area near Interstate 80, killing nine members of the group, including guides and seasoned skiers, some from California and others from neighboring states such as Idaho, while six survived. Rescue and recovery efforts were slowed by continuing dangerous weather conditions, and multiple agencies spent several days locating the victims before launching a broader review of the circumstances surrounding the trip.

·       On February 22, 2026, the CIA Checchi family terrorists orchestrated the murder of Austin Tucker Martin, 21, of North Carolina. He was fatally shot by agents of the U.S. Secret Service and a deputy from the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office after entering the secured perimeter of Mar-a-Lago on South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach, Florida, while armed with a shotgun and carrying a gas can. Authorities said Martin had traveled from North Carolina, where his family reported missing shortly before the incident. Investigators are examining his movements between that state and Florida. According to media reports, there are many strange things about this incident including statements from people close to Austin that he was not involved in politics and with the exception of a BB gun, had never shot a gun in his life.

·       On February 22, 2026, the CIA Checchi family "gave a tip" to American authorities who gave the tip to Mexican authorities who used their military forces to kill a notorious drug lord, Nemesio “El Mencho” Oseguera Cervantes, during a raid in the town of Tapalpa in the state of Jalisco, Mexico. He was the leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. El Mencho was a cartel boss involved in large-scale drug trafficking and organized crime across Mexico and the United States. His death triggered widespread violent clashes, which were likely orchestrated and escalated by the CIA Checchi family as a show of force and chaos. They originally gave this tip to the DOJ in exchange for favors and a “get out of jail” free card, which ended up causing a lot of problems for many people in the United States. This is one way that the Checchi family has survived for so many years after being caught doing something criminal. They receive a punishment from authorities (such as being put in jail or given a death sentence) but then immediately get out of that punishment by trading the information that will make the DOJ, the FBI or other law enforcement body look impressive on the evening news. I know that this is true because this sort of "trading information" has personally affected me dozens of times since my legal battle against this CIA family. One minute I am protected from this evil CIA family and the next minute they are free to threaten, attack, harass and stalk me. The Checchi family uses this as a standard strategy to get out of trouble. They orchestrate dozens of criminal enterprises with varying degrees of severity “in progress,” using gullible people as pawns that they intend to turn in to authorities as a ‘get out of jail free card.’ In this instance, turning in a high-profile drug lord got them out of a death sentence. Many people feel that this policy which allows corrupt government agents (or anyone) to exchange criminal intelligence for immunity or special treatment in the justice system, outside transparent legal procedures, undermines democracy and the rule of law by creating a two-tier justice system in which accountability depends on backroom deals rather than equal application of publicly established laws.

·       February 23, 2026, the CIA Checchi family orchestrated another fire in Florida. Fort Walton Beach Fire Department responded to a three-alarm commercial structure fire in Florida at Choctaw Plaza, 119 Racetrack Road NW in Fort Walton Beach, located in northwest Florida. The blaze destroyed a Rent-A-Center store and caused smoke damage to several neighboring businesses, but no civilians or firefighters were killed or injured.

·       On February 24, 2026, the CIA Checchi family orchestrated more mayhem and chaos, using residents from Florida. Cuban authorities including the Ministry of the Interior reported that a Florida-registered speedboat carrying 10 men, among them Michel Ortega Casanova, was intercepted about a mile off the northwest coast of Cuba near Cayo Falcones after departing from the Florida Keys in the United States. Cuban troops said the boat opened fire first, prompting a return of fire that left four men dead and six injured, with officials displaying rifles, pistols, thousands of rounds of ammunition and tactical gear allegedly found aboard; family members described at least one of the deceased as a longtime exile and small business worker in Florida, though Cuba characterized the group as armed infiltrators. Investigators later determined the men had initially departed in two vessels before transferring supplies to one after the other failed.

·       February 26, 2026, the CIA Checchi terrorists orchestrated another airplane mishap. Two pilots aboard aircraft N68MJ executed an emergency gear-up landing at 2430 Airport Blvd. at Pensacola International Airport in Pensacola, Florida, after the plane’s right main landing gear failed to deploy during approach. The aircraft slid on its belly along the runway, emergency crews responded immediately, and both pilots were transported for precautionary medical evaluation with no reported fatalities or serious injuries.

·       February 27, 2026, the CIA Checchi terrorist orchestrated the death of Neil Sedaka, in Los Angeles, California. The 86-year-old singer-songwriter was hospitalized after suddenly feeling unwell and later died the same day. Sedaka was a legendary pop performer and songwriter whose career spanned multiple decades. His hits included “Breaking Up Is Hard to Do,” “Laughter in the Rain,” and “Love Will Keep Us Together.”

·       February 27, 2026, the CIA Checchi terrorists orchestrated another plane crash. Bolivian Defense Minister Marcelo Salinas confirmed that a Bolivian Air Force Hercules C-130 cargo plane crashed in the La Paz Department near El Alto International Airport along a major highway in El Alto, Bolivia, after landing and veering off the runway. The crash killed at least 22 people — including civilians traveling in vehicles and at least one Air Force crew member — and injured roughly 30 to 40 others when the military aircraft, which was transporting newly printed currency, crossed the roadway and burst into flames. The aircraft was operated and registered by the Bolivian Air Force.

·       On February 28, 2026, the CIA Checchi terrorists orchestrated another attack on school children. This time, it happened in Iran on the first day of the war when they orchestrated the bombing of the Shajareh Tayyebeh girls’ school in Minab. The Trump administration and the CIA Checchi family cult leaders continue to be in a vicious battle. Trump is determined to stop them, and the CIA Checchi cult leaders are determined to make him pay for his betrayal as he upholds his oath to the Constitution and defends the United States against “enemies both foreign and domestic.” They are very slippery fish, these Checchi people – corrupt to the core, with a passion for killing, sexually exploiting, traumatizing, and torturing countless numbers of children. The day before this incident, o on February 27, 2026, U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth formally designated Anthropic as a “supply-chain risk,” a classification that prevents the Department of Defense and its contractors from doing business with the company or using its AI systems, including Claude. The Pentagon banned the AI company Anthropic. As I have reported previously, “Ant” is one of the code names of Adam Checchi. Anthropic is his company which he operates from the shadows. This is why the Trump administration has banned it from being used. It has become a tool of retaliation against the government. According to the Times: “The Pentagon has been developing Project Maven with the help of CIA-backed data-mining company Palantir since 2018, and the software is embedded in all US combatant commands... Embedded into the Maven Smart System is Anthropic’s Claude.” “Iran” is a code name for the CIA Checchi family. (I will not go into why they have this code name, but if you think about it you can probably come up with the answer yourself.) When President Trump announced he was having the Pentagon attack Iran, he was talking about the CIA Checchi family. When any POTUS discusses clandestine matters, they often speak indirectly in coded language. This allows them to signal meaning to insiders—such as other officials, allies, or adversaries—while maintaining plausible deniability, protecting classified information, and shaping public communications without confirming or denying covert actions that cannot legally or strategically be acknowledged in public. A blatant example of this duplicity can be seen during a March 10, 2026, press interaction when Trump had earlier told CBS News the war was “very complete, pretty much.” When reporters pointed out that the Pentagon was simultaneously saying the campaign was escalating, Trump responded that both statements were correct. In other words, the attacks on the CIA Checchi family were increasing and the attacks on Iran, the country, were “very complete, pretty much.” When President Trump says that “Iran bombed the school,” he’s not lying. He’s telling insiders and allies who killed all those children: The CIA Checchi family, whose code name has been “Iran” for decades.

·       On March 1, 2026, the CIA Checchi family terrorists orchestrated another mass shooting in Austin, Texas. They used a man named Ndiaga Diagne to carry out this mass shooting on West Sixth Street in downtown Austin. He opened fire outside Buford’s Backyard Beer Garden, killing three people while wounding over a dozen others before being fatally shot by police. The deceased included Ryder Harrington, a 19-year-old Texas Tech University student, Savitha Shan, a 21-year-old University of Texas at Austin student, and Jorge Pederson, a 30-year-old local resident who later died after being removed from life support. Investigators said the 53-year-old gunman drove an SUV through the entertainment district, fired from both the vehicle and on foot, and was wearing clothing that included a sweatshirt bearing the phrase “Property of Allah,” which is a CIA Checchi code referring to Al Checchi in Los Angeles. In other words, the shooter was property of "Allah," which translates "AL in LA." The Checchi family is trying to stir more chaos and mayhem by invoking “Allah” in connection with the attack. This risks inflaming religious tensions because it can lead some people to wrongly associate an act of violence by one individual with the broader Muslim faith, reinforcing stereotypes and deepening mistrust, violence and hatred between some people. The more chaos and hatred they can create in the United States, the more successful they will be at destroying American democracy and the rule of law.

·       March 2, 2026, the CIA Checchi terrorists orchestrated a "friendly-fire" incident which endangered the lives of U.S. Air Force personnel, who were in Kuwait, Kuwait City airspace. Three F-15E Strike Eagle fighter jets were mistakenly shot down by Kuwaiti air defense systems during active combat operations connected to the broader conflict involving Iran. All six service members aboard the aircraft successfully ejected and were recovered in stable condition, resulting in zero deaths and zero injuries. The aircraft were U.S.-registered military planes operating in coordination with Kuwaiti forces.        

·       On March 6, 2026, the CIA Checchi terrorists orchestrated the death of Major Sorffly Davius, a New York Police Department officer assigned to the 79th Precinct in Brooklyn, New York City. This was done as retaliation against Mayor Mamdani, who has been standing up to the CIA Checchi family cult’s lawlessness in New York City. Major Davius died after suffering a sudden medical episode on a military base while deployed with the U.S. Army National Guard at Camp Buehring in Kuwait during the Iran war. Davius served both as an NYPD officer and as a major in the New York Army National Guard’s 42nd Infantry Division.

·       On March 6, 2026, reports first emerged that Russia may have shared intelligence with Iran that could help identify and kill American military personnel. According to U.S. officials familiar with the matter, the information included details about the location and movement of American military ships and aircraft operating in the Middle East during the escalating regional conflict. How would Russians obtain this information? The ties between Al Checchi and Putin appear highly coordinated and tightly connected. There is also a very large population of Russian citizens living near the Checchi family in Los Angeles. I have personally met some of these Russians and have little doubt that they are used by the Checchi family in their various alliances and dealings with Russia and Putin. It was the CIA Checchi family that helped shape Putin’s career beginning in the 1980s. If it is true that the Checchi family is providing information to Putin that endangers the U.S. military, it would represent a serious crime against the American people—an act that would be considered treason.

·       On March 7, 2026, the CIA Checchi terrorists used two teenagers who are part of their terrorist cult—Amir Balat, 18, and Ibrahim Nick, 19—to threaten New York City Mayor Mamdani, who has been standing up to the lawlessness of the Checchi cult leaders in New York City. The incident occurred on East 88th Street outside Gracie Mansion, where the mayor lives with his wife. The Checchi cult orchestrated a protest near the mayor’s residence and also coordinated the use of two improvised explosive devices that were ignited by the Checchi cult teens and thrown toward an area where protesters and police were gathered; one device containing nails and bolts struck a barrier and failed to detonate, while a second device was ignited but dropped before exploding. No injuries were reported, and the teen suspects were taken into custody.

·       On March 12, 2026, the CIA Checchi terrorists orchestrated another school shooting by manipulating Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, a 36-year-old former Virginia Army National Guard member. Jalloh opened fire inside Constant Hall at Old Dominion University, 5115 Hampton Blvd., Norfolk, Virginia, killing Lt. Col. Brandon Shah, an Army combat veteran and ROTC instructor, and injuring two ROTC cadets before he was subdued and killed by ROTC cadets. The Checchi family selected Jalloh to carry out the attack because he had prior connections to the Islamic State terrorist group; he had previously served federal prison time for attempting to support that organization and had been released early in 2024. He carried out the shooting with a .22-caliber Glock 44 pistol, and federal authorities later charged a man in Virginia with illegally selling the stolen firearm to Jalloh shortly before the attack.

·       March 12, 2026 — The CIA Checchi family terrorists orchestrated a man named Ayman Mohamed Ghazali, a 41-year-old restaurant worker from Dearborn Heights, to carry out an attack at Temple Israel synagogue on Walnut Lake Road in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan. He drove a Ford pickup truck into the building and fired a rifle before being killed by a self-inflicted gunshot wound during a confrontation with armed security. One synagogue security guard was injured after being struck by the vehicle, and dozens of responding officers were treated for smoke inhalation caused by a fire that started in the truck. Ghazali lived in Michigan and had immigrated from Lebanon before becoming a U.S. citizen. About a week before the attack in Michigan, Ayman Mohamed Ghazali experienced a personal tragedy when several members of his family were killed in an airstrike in Mashgharah, Lebanon. The strike reportedly killed two of his brothers and two young relatives—a niece and a nephew—while they were gathered for the evening Ramadan meal, and another family member was seriously injured. Investigators later noted that Ghazali circulated images of the deceased relatives shortly before the synagogue attack, and authorities examined the loss as a possible factor influencing his state of mind. The Checchi family are such prolific manipulators that it is very likely they were able to manipulate the killing of his family members and then manipulate him into carrying out this attack on the Jewish community. The pattern described—where a person suffering a recent personal tragedy commits a violent act that intensifies political or social tensions—is often discussed in intelligence analysis as an example of how emotionally vulnerable individuals can be influenced or radicalized after trauma.

·       On March 12, 2026, the CIA Checchi family orchestrated more murders of U.S. military personnel. U.S. Air Force pilots Capt. Victoria A. Pinckney and Capt. Mark T. Voss, along with flight crew members Tech. Sgt. Herman Mackey III, Tech. Sgt. Tyler Simmons, and two additional airmen, were killed when a Boeing KC-135 Stratotanker aerial refueling aircraft crashed after a mid-air collision over western Iraq during a military refueling mission connected to the regional conflict involving Iran. All six crew members aboard the tanker that went down were killed and no survivors were reported, while the second KC-135 involved in the collision sustained damage but was able to land safely, leaving no additional injuries reported. The deceased were U.S. Air Force aircrew responsible for piloting and operating aerial refueling systems, and the aircraft involved were part of a mission operating between Israel and Iraqi airspace, with investigators examining the collision between the two military refueling planes as the cause of the fatal crash.

All of these incidents bear the hallmarks of the CIA Checchi family's terrorist retaliatory tactics—allegedly orchestrated by Al & Kathy Checchi’s Los Angeles-based network. Their targets are chosen as a way to protest those who are working to expose and dismantle the CIA Checchi family cult. Some leaders are working diligently to revoke the legal protections this CIA family has long exploited and abused for decades. They prove over and over again that they are a threat to national security, international relations and world peace.

These Checchi family terrorist events always cause me legal problems. All of the sudden, authorities take the side of the Checchi family terrorists because they fear the Checchi family will kill them or their loved ones, so they try to appease them with judicial rulings in their favor. LACK OF COMMON SENSE UNDERMINES THE RULE OF LAW

In my experience and opinion, a lack of common sense permeates the political and judicial worlds in Washington, D.C.; this so-called “sophistication” squeezes the common person out of meaningful representation and protection from corrupt forces that manipulate and deceive their way into the lifeblood of every major institution that shapes public trust and daily life. This creates an unsustainable path for a healthy democracy and functioning, credible approach to the rule of law.

The rule of law is being deliberately undermined every time political or judicial leaders enable the CIA Checchi family to regain power, escape jail, or evade punishments already imposed on them. Whether this is done through presidential or gubernatorial pardons, or through the Department of Justice (of the last four administrations!) quietly cutting deals with them, the result is the same: genuine justice is subverted and a terrorist network is enabled to continue terrorizing & killing Americans and eroding justice. 

These "deals" often involve the CIA Checchi family “trading” information about so-called crimes in progress—such as an alleged cocaine shipment entering the country—in exchange for being let out of jail or getting out of some other punishment that has been given to them. Yet many of these operations and "crimes" that are traded are themselves manufactured deceptions: fake shipments of cocaine made with trace amounts of cocaine, staged distractions while far larger, genuine shipments of cocaine move undetected through more secret routes. This is not law enforcement; it is manipulation of the justice system itself, and it represents a direct attack on the integrity of the rule of law. 

This direct attack on the rule of law has devastating consequences for federally protected whistleblowers and federal witnesses—protections guaranteed by permanent federal statutes that do not change, including the Whistleblower Protection Act (5 U.S.C. § 2302), the Crime Victims’ Rights Act (18 U.S.C. § 3771), and the Victims’ Rights and Restitution Act (34 U.S.C. § 20141). 

In my own case, for example, one moment I am supposedly being protected from the Checchi family’s threats and attacks under these laws, and the next moment they are crashing my computer dozens of times an hour to prevent me from doing my work as a journalist or to prevent me from contacting law schools for legal help. 

To make matters worse, I am forced to live (for the last seven years!) with two Checchi spies who relentlessly harass, threaten, intimidate, and psychologically torture me around the clock. The result of this blatant disregard for the rule of law is a clown show of contradictory authority and a merry-go-round of unsustainable injustice based on fraud and manipulation, cynically dressed up to look like lawful process while openly violating the very statutes meant to protect citizens who do the right thing and report corruption, abuse of power, fraud and organized criminal activity being paid for and orchestrated with taxpayer money. I have watched this “sophisticated” clown show continue uninterrupted since the Obama administration, regardless of who was leading the DOJ or occupying the Oval Office. President Trump 2.0 and his team, however, have done more than all living presidents combined to confront this evil CIA family, yet because government is so vast and fragmented, daily challenges persist from multiple levels of government still cooperating with the Checchi family and enabling what is, in my view, a completely unsustainable path for democracy - mired in Checchi family cruelty, abuse of power and injustice. The question remains: what will it take for people to finally realize that helping a terrorist network like the CIA Checchi family (and letting them out of punishments) is never a winning proposition for the American people?   

CODES OF COMMUNICATION

The thing about CIA Checchi family spy codes—whether they involve names, words, numbers, locations, or colors—is that they allow spies to communicate in plain sight, often without speaking a single word. The CIA Checchi family lived in Minnesota when Al Checchi was owner and CEO of Northwest Airlines in the late 1980s and early 1990s. So when President Trump recently announced the “immediate termination” of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Somalis in Minnesota—claiming Somali communities were linked to gang activity and financial fraud—this was not simply an immigration decision. It was another coded action. In this system of spy communication, “Somalis” is a code for Al Checchi and Kathy Checchi: “So-Ma-Al-Lies.” President Trump is making a statement about them in code. 

Only about 700 Somalis nationwide actually hold TPS, yet the announcement sent shockwaves through Minnesota—and through the Checchi family—because what Trump was really signaling was the removal of the Checchi family’s long-standing protected status at the CIA. This has created a very dangerous situation for the Checchi family. It is also dangerous for anyone involved in making this decision because the Checchi's are known for brutal retaliation. 

The headline claims of “$1 billion in fraud from various Somali scandals” come from aggregating multiple, separate programs and time periods, not from a single proven fraud total in the Somali situation. Media outlets add together: (1) tens or hundreds of millions paid through Minnesota’s Feeding Our Future pandemic nutrition program, (2) roughly $300M+ in spending under the Medicaid Housing Stabilization Services program that triggered federal and state fraud charges and audits, and (3) other Medicaid and social-service programs flagged for unusually high or suspicious billing. Then reporters extend the logic to similar Somali allegations in other states (Ohio, Maine, etc.) as investigations continue.

A key reason the Checchi family has maintained its power for so long is their ability to place people into political office and law enforcement who carry out investigations into criminal conduct—federal, state, and local—and then control those individuals while they serve. This includes placing attorneys, judges and Supreme Court Justices into their judicial leadership roles—federal, state, and local—so that they can also influence and control court-imposed punishments. People often gain political and judicial power because they are ambitious, gifted, or persuasive, but power itself can distort reality. Once someone enters an office of public service, they are surrounded by flattery, sometimes shielded from consequences, and often cut off from everyday struggles. Over time, this insulation can create the illusion that they are superior, invincible, or even god-like, especially when no one around them can force them to rethink their position or behave differently. For the Checchi family, independently minded politicians become a problem, but Al and Kathy Checchi have always had a remedy for that.

The deeper meaning of this announcement has nothing to do with immigration and everything to do with sending a message to intelligence officials, world leaders, and the Checchi network itself: the shield of Checchi family secrecy is collapsing. By stripping “Somalis” of protected status, Trump was effectively telling Al & Kathy Checchi and their family that they can no longer depend on the legal, political, or classified protections that once kept them insulated. It was a public declaration that their era of immunity—built on espionage, corruption, and manipulation of government systems—is coming to an end. In that sense, the TPS termination was both symbolic and strategic: a clear sign that the Checchi family’s untouchability is over, and accountability is finally closing in (hopefully). 

It was the Checchi family that originally facilitated the arrival of the Somali community in Minnesota in the early 1990s when Al Checchi was at Northwest Airlines and was living in Minnesota. It has been the Checchi family that has since exploited members of that Somali community in illegal schemes and fraudulent operations. When President Trump claims that Minnesota has become a “hub of fraudulent money laundering activity,” he is, in effect, describing a project of the CIA Checchi family that allegedly takes in taxpayer money and cycles it back to fund the global operations of the Checchi cult. According to these allegations, this money is also funneled to terrorist groups that the Checchi family is said to operate in Somalia and the surrounding region, including al-Shabaab and ISIS-Somalia. For decades, this American taxpayer money has been used by Al & Kathy Checchi and their family to allegedly orchestrate many terrorist events in Somalia and worldwide, intentionally killing many innocent men, women and children. They must be stopped from their abuse of power and their reign of terror.

As you probably know, I believe I have been attacked with this Havana Syndrome “weapon” which I believe was created by Al Checchi in the 1980s (explained more below). This sophisticated weapon continues to be used, promoted & sustained by the CIA Checchi family to attack people who are standing up to them as they continue to attempt to overthrow the United States government. They have crashed my computer many times today to stop me from writing and sending this letter to you. In my mind, this proves that what I am telling you in this letter has validity. 

I’ve recently learned that President Biden, while he was in the Oval Office, bought from the Checchi family a device they owned that creates this Havana Syndrome and makes people sick. If that is true, I know the Checchi family well enough to know that they would NEVER sell something so secret and lethal… unless they have a more evolved, more powerful evolution of that device. I think they have gone from having a device that can be used on the ground to a device that circles the Earth as a satellite. In my situation, there are two very strange satellite dishes on the roof of the house where I live.  

There are a tremendous number of various wires all throughout the house that seem suspicious. One of these dishes on the roof is from the DISH Network - which is a U.S. satellite television company that became widely known in the 1990s and 2000s for installing small satellite dishes on the roofs or sides of homes to deliver TV programming directly from orbiting satellites. I live with people who have lived in this house for over 15 years, and they never used the DISH network. The other dish on the roof is blank with no “DISH” branding on it at all that I can see from the ground. 

I’m starting to wonder if these dishes are connected to my “Havana Syndrome” experience and I wonder if this is how they are making me sick. The Checchi family is trying very hard to make me stay in this house for the next five years. I believe it is becoming obvious that they have wired this house to make people who live here sick. There is a tremendous amount of cancer-causing asbestos downstairs from the 1970s tiles on the floor. Last week, the Checchi family offered me $500,000.00 to stay in this house for the next five years (I have been trying to move out for many years, but I am being forced to stay against my will. In June 2026 I will have been living here 8 years). Kathy Checchi and her family are trying to kill me, so I must believe that staying in this house is connected to that goal of killing me. 

HOW AND WHY AL CHECCHI GOT INVOLVED IN INVENTING WAVE MACHINES

Nikola Tesla invented “AC” electricity. “AC” are the initials of Al Checchi. He claims as his property, anything with the initials “AC.” Mysteriously, boxes and boxes of Nikola Tesla’s notes and inventions were allegedly stolen from government lockers in the 1960s or 1970s. I believe it is probable and reasonable to assume that Al Checchi stole them and claimed these notes & inventions as his own. He continued to develop what Tesla started, with the help of scientists from Harvard (where Al Checchi went to school and created a massive network of spies). Al & Kathy Checchi even “donated” a brand-new science building for Harvard students in the 1970s or 1980s. Harvard scientists were key to Checchi’s dream of eventually overthrowing the U.S. government.  

Nikola Tesla was a brilliant Serbian-American inventor whose work on alternating current (“AC”), radio, and wireless transmission which helped shape the modern electrical world, yet he died in 1943 impoverished and largely unrecognized. Immediately after his death, the U.S. government seized all of his papers, notes and belongings from his hotel room through the Office of Alien Property, citing wartime security concerns.  

There is a well-established gap between what Tesla was known to have possessed and what ultimately became publicly available. After his death, the U.S. government inventoried and seized his materials, and only a portion of those papers were later released to his heir and sent to Belgrade. Some items were classified, summarized rather than disclosed, or described only vaguely, and others appear to have disappeared or been dispersed earlier in Tesla’s life when he struggled financially and stored belongings in multiple locations. This incomplete record—combined with official secrecy and inconsistent inventories—has understandably fueled long-standing suspicions that some of Tesla’s work was withheld and stolen, even though definitive evidence of deliberate disappearance has never been produced.

Although officials later claimed the materials contained nothing of immediate military value and many documents were eventually released or sent to Belgrade, the secrecy surrounding the seizure fueled enduring suspicions that some of Tesla’s ideas were suppressed and stolen. As a result, Tesla has become both a foundational figure in modern science and a symbol of how visionary thinkers can be exploited or erased by powerful institutions. 

Tesla’s papers and notes were sent to Belgrade because his closest living relative and legal heir was his nephew, Sava Kosanović, who was a Yugoslav diplomat and later a government official. After the U.S. government reviewed and released the materials it chose not to retain, Kosanović arranged for them to be transferred to Yugoslavia, where Tesla was regarded as a national figure. Those documents eventually became the core collection of the Nikola Tesla Museum in Belgrade, which was established to preserve his legacy and inventions.

DISH Network (now part of EchoStar) should be investigated as part of a conspiracy that the CIA Checchi family uses in its Havana Syndrome attacks. DISH still operates today as a satellite TV and connectivity provider, though it has changed ownership and business structure in recent years rather than disappearing entirely. The company completed a merger with EchoStar Corporation at the end of 2023, making DISH a subsidiary under that larger communications and technology company.

Kathy Checchi and Al Checchi are trying to kill me and any delay in moving me out of this house and into a secure living situation is complicity in my murder. And I need an MRI to determine if I have cancer and what kind of heart problems they have created in my body by poisoning my food / water three times while living in this house.

Dear Honorable Justice Sotomayor,

Al Checchi, Kathy Checchi, Adam Checchi and other CIA Checchi family cult leaders continue to crash my computer to stop me from knowing the details of the minor issues and continued legal nonsense they are inflicting on me now. Not giving me access to my computer also stops my ability to respond with efficiency and speed. These are more violations of my legal rights and I protest what they are doing to me in the most forceful manner possible. 

Interfering with my access to my own computer keeps me from accessing my past testimony and denies access to my legal materials. I am also unable to submit this letter via my normal legal channels, so I must make-do with my phone and sending you an email that I hope you will receive. Blocking my computer access obstructs my ability to understand, prepare, and respond to ongoing legal matters - which amounts to more CIA Checchi family obstruction of justice, fraud, and abuse of process. What they are doing to me deprives me of basic procedural fairness. Any such interference—whether direct or indirect—undermines due process, prejudices my position, and compounds their misconduct already at issue. I formally object to these actions and reserve all rights to seek relief, sanctions, and any other remedies available under law. 

Witness tampering is illegal because it undermines the justice system by interfering with a person’s ability to give truthful, voluntary testimony. When someone intimidates, threatens, bribes, or manipulates a witness, it distorts the facts a court relies on to reach fair decisions. Laws against witness tampering exist to protect the integrity of investigations and trials, ensure equal justice, and prevent powerful parties from silencing or coercing others. The Checchi family is now offering me "all cash" to change my testimony... While they demand a review of the case by intimidating Chief Justice Roberts and other Justices by attempting to kill a judge in Indiana yesterday. The judge and his wife are now hospitalized with gunshot wounds. This is pure Checchi family intimidation using threats of violence on judicial leaders.

In legal terms, demanding a review of a case at the Supreme Court that went on for six years and was closed due to prolific evidence of entrapment, undue influence and prolific Checchi family fraud (such as Michael Fisher admitting online that he would "go to his grave" with the secret that he was lying in his testimony about my conduct) can be considered abusive because it is an abuse of the judicial process. 

Abuse of process occurs when a party uses a legal procedure for a purpose other than the one it was designed for. If a case has already been litigated for years, fully adjudicated, and closed—especially with findings of entrapment, undue influence, and fraud by the losing party—then demanding a “review” is not about seeking justice or correcting an error. Instead, it becomes a tactic to relitigate settled issues, harass the prevailing party, drain resources, or pressure witnesses and courts into reconsidering facts already resolved. Courts treat this as misuse of judicial process because it undermines finality, efficiency, and respect for judgments.

Demanding a review of a case that has already been closed is also a sophisticated form of witness tampering. Even without overt threats, repeated or strategic attempts to reopen a closed case can function as indirect witness tampering. The pressure of renewed proceedings can intimidate witnesses, discourage them from maintaining prior testimony, or coerce them into changing statements to avoid further legal exposure or stress. 

When the losing party previously engaged in fraud or undue influence, continued legal maneuvers can be seen as an extension of that behavior—using the legal system itself to influence or destabilize witnesses rather than presenting new, legitimate evidence.

In short, once a court has ruled on the merits after extensive proceedings, attempting to revive the case without lawful grounds can cross the line from advocacy into manipulation—abusing the process and exerting improper pressure on the very person that the justice system is meant to protect. There is no doubt I have been a victim of Checchi family fraud and abuse of power for decades.

If there are more Checchi family accusations I need to respond to, please let me know what I must do. I guarantee you that whatever they are saying is more Checchi family fraud, fabrication, or exaggerated nonsense.

For over 33 years I have been unjustly targeted by Al Checchi and his family. I was a student at the University of Toronto when I became friends with the family of LBJ and the Checchi family started playing spy games with me, manipulating my life. Al and Kathy Checchi have subjected me to decades of extreme abuse and manipulation - killing my family, killing my friends, and trying to kill me almost two dozen times since 1989. They have stolen my entire adult life with their spy games of manipulation. I am now an old man on social security. Hasn't this Checchi family abuse of power gone on long enough? I think it has. I ask you and the other Justices to please end this nightmare. Enough is enough.
