Dear Honorable Chief Justice and Honorable Justices,
I’m sorry to contact you again about this very disturbing situation involving the CIA Checchi family, but it appears that, once again, they have bribed, bullied, or blackmailed a Supreme Court Justice or a federal judge to rule in their favor. It appears they are again trying to avoid judicial punishment (life in prison) and are using me as a political football. I am being denied the freedom to live as I choose. I am being denied restitution money. I am being denied proper social security compensation. I am being denied my constitutional rights. I am being denied basic human rights—including access to a doctor and medical treatment for a heart condition. I need an MRI and a blood test to determine whether I may have cancer. I have been very sick for several years (they have poisoned both my food and water), and as you know, when someone does not receive timely medical treatment, it can lead to an early death. Kathy Checchi and her family know this, which shows they are working to kill me.
They killed my dentist twenty years ago, and they continue to deny me dental care—my teeth are literally falling out, and I am in constant pain. Then Adam Checchi, Michael Fisher, and David Kanuth sent a very large African American man to attack me, and he knocked out two of my front teeth.
They also sent me to a dental school at UCLA to receive dental work after they killed my dentist in Westwood. There, a dental instructor who I presume was a dentist, with a student present as a witness, inspected my teeth and a filling that had fallen out. He then rammed his dental tool so hard and so far into the tooth that it cracked and broke the entire tooth, which has been slowly falling out in pieces ever since. This has shifted all the upper teeth in my mouth. I had perfect teeth—it was what people complimented me on most. The pain that radiated through my entire body when he forced that dental tool into my tooth was the most intense pain I have ever experienced. I should have confronted him for assaulting me, but I remained my usual polite self and simply walked out, in shock at being attacked by a dentist while sitting in a dental chair. He was following instructions from the Checchi family.
Then, in 2019 or 2020, I went again to a dentist seeking help for my dental problems. This time, it was in my hometown. This dentist bragged to me about his brother, who had free access to the Pentagon and could just walk in without signing in. I should have known this was the clue that I could not trust this dentist. The Checchi family instructed this dentist to assault me again while I was sitting in the dentist’s chair. I had told “Dr. Chuck” that I did not want any Novocain shot (because I knew this was one way the Checchi family injects diseases into people). While my eyes were closed and his hand was in my mouth, he injected a hidden needle—kept behind his back—into my mouth. When I immediately protested, he claimed he had forgotten that I did not want any shot. If I am not mistaken, this is when the Checchi family injected Multiple Sclerosis into me—a reality that came to light during my Supreme Court case against them.
This is only the dental nightmare the Checchi family has brought into my life. I could write pages about the financial abuse I have suffered for three decades, orchestrated by Kathy Checchi, Adam Checchi, Al Checchi, Michael Fisher, David Kanuth, Oprah Winfrey, and other CIA Checchi family cult leaders. I could write pages detailing how they unjustly killed my parents, how they unjustly killed other members of my family, and how they unjustly killed friends of mine. I could write about all the jobs and documentary/film projects I had that they sabotaged. I could write about the almost two dozen times they tried to kill me—from numerous people who tried to run me down with their cars as I crossed the street at a crosswalks, to people they sent to attack me, beat me, and kill me. I could write about my eight months in L.A. County Jail, and the court-ordered “90-day” forced incarceration in California’s Patton mental facility because I told the judge the truth about how Al and Kathy Checchi had a Hollywood actor (Andrew Keegan) steal $3,600 dollars from me and file a false police report so that I would be forced into unjust incarceration. There is so much more I could write about the persecution and abuse I have suffered at the hands of Kathy Checchi, Adam Checchi, Al Checchi, Michael Fisher, David Kanuth, Oprah Winfrey, and other CIA Checchi family cult leaders.
What the Checchi family has done to me for over 33 years goes far beyond “cruel and unusual punishment.” I have done nothing to these people to deserve this treatment. They treat their friends as badly as they treat their enemies. Politicians have told me that the price of allowing me to have my constitutional rights is too high. I say the price of denying a human being their constitutional and basic human rights is far higher—legally, morally, and historically. No government, no official, and no institution has the authority to trade away a person’s freedom, health, and dignity for convenience, fear, or political calculation. What is being done to me is not just wrong—it is unlawful, and it demands immediate correction before it becomes irreversible.
In the 2020s I have been forced to live with spies who work for the Checchi family and who are part of a secret society. The Checchi family is making $3 million a day with me living here, using me and these people I live with in their war against secret societies. Three million dollars a day equals roughly $1 billion a year from using me in this way for each of the eight years I have lived here. They claim to have “run the numbers” and believe they can make hundreds of billions of dollars off me by continuing this. Keeping me in this living situation is more than abuse—it is an active crime scene involving multiple attempts to kill me and human trafficking, since they refuse to provide me with any money. They also sabotage my Social Security check, which I just started receiving. I should be receiving more money each month, but they have interfered and prevented me from getting the amount I deserve.
In the last month, the people I live with have, on two occasions conspired to have me killed by leaving the doors unlocked at night and arranging for a criminal homeless person they support to enter the house and kill me. This is all orchestrated by Kathy Checchi and her family. Thankfully, I have strong intuition, and I was able to uncover the plot both times and report it to authorities, who stopped it. This is proof that they are recklessly endangering my life by forcing me to live in this house against my will, so that they can use these people to kill me. The Checchi family has threatened to kill me hundreds of times, and they have been found guilty at the Supreme Court of attempting to kill me on three separate occasions. They also refuse to pay me the restitution money I am owed. They continue to say that I am their slave—that they have the right to kill me and to force me to live as they demand. They are psychopaths and sociopaths with a CIA badge. This is pure whistleblower retaliation and harassment of a federal witness.
I won my Supreme Court case against them, which has been dragged out and mired in corruption since 2019. I am innocent of any criminal conduct, yet political and judicial leaders do not have the power—or the will—to demand my freedom from this slavery, oppression, constant harassment, abuse, and the ongoing denial of my constitutional and human rights.
Furthermore, reckless endangerment and conspiracy to commit murder are crimes in every state and under federal law. If someone knowingly creates a situation that could result in serious bodily harm or death—such as intentionally leaving a residence unsecured so an attack can occur—that can qualify as reckless endangerment. If there is planning or coordination with another person to harm me, that rises to criminal conspiracy; if the intent is death, potentially attempted murder. The key legal elements are intent, knowledge of risk, and overt action toward causing harm.
False imprisonment and coercion are illegal. No private individual or group has the legal authority to force me to live in a residence against my will. Doing so can constitute false imprisonment, unlawful restraint, or coercion. If threats or intimidation are used to control my movement or living situation, that strengthens the violation. Michael Fisher and Adam Checchi have told the elderly woman I live with—she is 99 years old—that they will kill her and her entire family if she does not cooperate with them. This is elder abuse, pure and simple.
Since money and labor are being extracted from me while I am being controlled or restricted, this falls under human trafficking laws, particularly forced labor statutes (18 U.S.C. § 1589). The law prohibits using threats, abuse of power, or coercion to obtain labor or services from a person.
As a federal witness and whistleblower, federal law provides specific protections. Under the Crime Victims’ Rights Act and related statutes, I have the right to be reasonably protected from the CIA Checchi family. Additionally, witness tampering laws (18 U.S.C. § 1512) make it illegal to harass, threaten, or harm someone because of their role in reporting or testifying about wrongdoing.
Threats to kill—even without action—can be criminal. Repeated threats against my life by Michael Fisher, Adam Checchi, Kathy Checchi, David Kanuth, Al Checchi, Oprah Winfrey, and other CIA Checchi family cult leaders qualify as criminal threats, harassment, and intimidation.
No one—regardless of affiliation with any agency, including the CIA—has legal immunity to commit crimes such as violence, coercion, or unlawful detention. Government authority does not extend to private harm, retaliation, or extrajudicial control over a person’s life. Any such acts fall outside lawful authority and are prosecutable.

What I have experienced since 2019, when my legal battle against the CIA Checchi family started, is that the CIA Checchi family controls people everywhere in government—from the halls of Congress to the Oval Office, and even the Supreme Court. They control leaders in the military, law enforcement, and politics, through blackmail, bullying (for example, threatening to harm their children), and bribery.
It is possible that my new legal problems are connected to the new “Acting Attorney General,” who has been working with this corrupt CIA family and attacking me relentlessly via the FBI or other people under his control. The DOJ has refused to enforce laws that protect me as a federal witness and whistleblower. It is also possible that Secretary of War Hegseth is involved in my persecution, as they are allegedly blackmailing him with a video of scandalous conduct that he wants to keep from public view. They are also blackmailing President Trump in connection with the Epstein scandal, which may explain why he has acted against my interests at times (such as giving the Checchi family a presidential pardon so that they would not have to pay court-ordered restitution to me). I am surrounded by corruption, injustice, and abuse of power.
If there is anything you can do to stop this abuse and harassment, it would be greatly appreciated. I need your help to ensure that my rights are protected immediately under the following laws:
The Victims’ Rights and Restitution Act (VRRA) (34 U.S.C. § 20141)
The Crime Victims’ Rights Act (CVRA) (18 U.S.C. § 3771)
Under these laws, I have the right “to receive reasonable protection” from the CIA Checchi family and “all persons acting in concert with or at the behest of” the Checchi family. I also have the right “to be reasonably protected from” the CIA Checchi family.

EMERGENCY PETITION FOR RELIEF, PROTECTIVE REVIEW, AND INVESTIGATION INTO ALLEGED WHISTLEBLOWER RETALIATION, COERCIVE CONTROL, AND VIOLATIONS OF CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS
TO THE HONORABLE JUSTICES OF THE SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES:
Petitioner respectfully submits this emergency complaint and petition for relief arising from ongoing circumstances that Petitioner believes constitute severe retaliation, coercive control, financial exploitation, psychological abuse, and continuing endangerment to Petitioner’s physical health, safety, liberty, and constitutional rights.
Petitioner alleges that he has been subjected to a prolonged pattern of intimidation, isolation, economic deprivation, reputational destruction, and interference with his ability to obtain a healthy living situation, independent housing, legal assistance, as well as professional dental and medical care, that Petitioner asserts has been unlawfully denied by the Checchi family for more than 20 years. Petitioner further alleges that these actions have created conditions tantamount to involuntary coercion and unlawful restraint upon his ability to live in a safe and free environment.
Petitioner states that he has been compelled to remain in an unhealthy, toxic, and hostile living environment for the last eight years despite repeated attempts to improve his circumstances and secure financial independence. It is a verified and established fact that, since 2019, Kathy and Al Checchi have paid out more than 100 million dollars in illegal bribes to control attorneys who were supposed to be working for Mr. Woods. Al and Kathy Checchi also bribed judges, Supreme Court Justices, and “witnesses” against Mr. Woods to win the legal battle against him.
It is a verified and established fact that the Checchi family was found guilty by the U.S. Supreme Court of attempting to murder Mr. Woods three times. Woods has since received hundreds of death threats from Kathy Checchi, Al Checchi, Adam Checchi, Michael Fisher, David Kanuth, Oprah Winfrey, and other CIA Checchi family cult leaders. Now it appears that Justice Alito is working for the Checchi family, denying Mr. Woods his constitutional rights. It appears that this reflects further corruption within the Supreme Court and additional unjust actions against Mr. Woods.
Petitioner has been informed that certain individuals within the Checchi family and affiliated interests benefit financially or strategically from maintaining Petitioner in a dependent and vulnerable condition. Whether such conduct rises to the level of unlawful exploitation, retaliation, racketeering, coercive control, or human trafficking is a matter that Petitioner respectfully requests be independently investigated by lawful authorities who are independent of the Checchi family.
Petitioner further asserts that greed and financial self-interest appear to be central motivating factors underlying the continued retaliation, coercion, and obstruction of justice directed against him. Petitioner believes that Al Checchi, Kathy Checchi, Adam Checchi, Michael Fisher, David Kanuth, Oprah Winfrey, and other individuals and affiliated interests allegedly benefit financially, strategically, or operationally from keeping Petitioner trapped in a vulnerable, dependent, and unsafe living situation rather than allowing him to obtain financial independence, safe housing, medical recovery, and freedom from coercive influence. Petitioner further asserts that the alleged efforts to prevent his independence are not isolated acts, but rather part of a broader pattern of conduct motivated by financial greed, a pathological and obsessive need to control, and the preservation of financial and institutional advantages allegedly derived from Petitioner’s continued suffering, dependency, and isolation. Petitioner further asserts that these actions, if proven true, would constitute not only a denial of fundamental constitutional protections and basic human rights, but also an unlawful interference with Petitioner’s rights to self-determination, personal autonomy, liberty, safety, and the ability to live free from coercion, intimidation, and involuntary servitude.
Petitioner further alleges that he has experienced conduct giving rise to serious fears regarding his personal safety, including suspected tampering with food and water, threats, psychological intimidation, and actions that Petitioner believes have contributed to deteriorating health conditions, including cardiac complications, multiple sclerosis (which Petitioner alleges was intentionally caused by individuals working for the Checchi family), and possible cancer developing within his system.
Petitioner asserts that these circumstances have caused profound emotional distress, fear, anxiety, PTSD, reputational injury, and impairment of daily functioning. In light of the ongoing threats, alleged retaliation, deteriorating health conditions, and continuing fears for Petitioner’s personal safety, Petitioner respectfully invokes the protections afforded under federal victim-protection statutes and requests immediate intervention to prevent further harm. Petitioner respectfully requests immediate assistance to ensure that his rights are protected under the following laws:
1. The Victims’ Rights and Restitution Act (“VRRA”) (34 U.S.C. § 20141);
2. The Crime Victims’ Rights Act (“CVRA”) (18 U.S.C. § 3771).
Under these laws, Petitioner asserts that he has the right “to receive reasonable protection” from the CIA Checchi family and “all persons acting in concert with or at the behest of” the Checchi family. Petitioner additionally has serious concerns regarding perceived systemic institutional indifference toward these allegations. Petitioner fears that political influence, undisclosed conflicts of interest involving Justice Alito and other Supreme Court Justices, or improper relationships among powerful individuals may be contributing to the failure of meaningful intervention or review. Petitioner acknowledges that such concerns remain allegations and suspicions requiring factual investigation and judicial scrutiny independent of the Checchi family.
Petitioner respectfully asserts that if any government officials, judicial officers, or affiliated actors knowingly participated in suppressing lawful complaints, obstructing due process, obstructing justice, retaliating against protected speech, accepting bribes to deny Mr. Woods just compensation and court-ordered restitution, or enabling coercive exploitation, such conduct would constitute a profound violation of the United States Constitution, including but not limited to rights secured under the First, Fifth, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments.
Petitioner respectfully asserts that immediate intervention is necessary to prevent irreparable harm to Petitioner’s health, safety, constitutional rights, and personal liberty.
Petitioner respectfully requests the following relief:
1. Immediate review of allegations concerning retaliation, coercion, and threats to Petitioner’s safety;
2. Referral of relevant matters to appropriate investigative authorities not connected to the Checchi family;
3. Protection against further retaliation or intimidation by Supreme Court Justices or any political leaders on the local, state, and federal levels;
4. Review of any potential conflicts of interest involving individuals connected to matters affecting Petitioner;
5. Restoration of Petitioner’s ability to achieve financial independence, maintain private housing stability, pursue legal recourse, and obtain medical and dental care free from coercion or interference;
6. Any additional equitable or emergency relief deemed just and proper by this Court;
7. Immediate preservation of all communications, financial records, surveillance materials, electronic records, and other evidence relating to allegations raised by Petitioner;
8. Recusal or disqualification of any judicial officer whose impartiality in matters affecting Petitioner may reasonably be questioned.
Petitioner submits this filing in good faith and out of profound concern for personal safety, constitutional protections, and the integrity of judicial processes within the United States.
