Jesus said of himself, "I am the truth," but why is truth important? Why would he say something like that? Bringing the truth to people is essential because it empowers them to make informed decisions - essential when living in a democracy. Truth is also essential because it helps people live with integrity, aligning their lives with what is just and right. Truth fosters trust and stability within communities, creating a foundation for meaningful relationships and collective progress. Without truth, individuals are left vulnerable to manipulation, confusion, and harm, making it impossible to cultivate genuine hope or lasting, deep spiritual maturity. As shepherds and spiritual leaders, you are called to stand against evil, to protect the vulnerable, and to uphold the principles of justice and righteousness.

This email contains important and truthful information that leaders like you need to know. I'm sorry this is such a long letter. I thought it best with respect to your time management to compile several smaller letters in one email to make it easier, more organized reading. The goal is to keep you informed with important news regarding what I believe is the single most corrupt CIA family in American history. By stepping in with preplanned "solutions," they not only conceal their role in creating the issue but also gain further power, control, and financial benefit. Because they engineered the problem, they already know exactly how to resolve it, creating an illusion of competence while keeping the public dependent, distracted, and unaware of their true agenda. Their actions have caused untold harm to the nation and the world. 

Another example of this manipulated problem-solving strategy involves the unhealthy, and in some cases even cancer-causing, ingredients permitted in food by the FDA. However, what they don’t address in the interview is who is behind the FDA’s manipulation: the CIA Checchi family. The Checchi family infiltrated the FDA decades ago, starting in the 1960s when Al Checchi’s father worked there in Washington, D.C. While it’s promising for America that this basic issue of deliberate food toxins may finally be addressed under the upcoming Trump administration, it is yet another example of fixing a problem they themselves created.

Protected by the cloak of CIA secrecy, legal proceedings against them are hidden from public view, ensuring their heinous crimes never make it to the evening news. Their actions have not only killed millions of people and destabilized communities in America and worldwide, but they have also perpetuated fear and division, all while enriching themselves through exploitation and manipulation. In 2020 their businesses reaped over 20 trillion dollars for them. This CIA family and their cult leaders operate with impunity, shielded by systemic corruption and a lack of accountability, leaving a trail of devastation and death in their wake. It is imperative that these crimes be thoroughly investigated and exposed, so justice can be served, and the American public can begin to heal from these prolific crimes orchestrated by this insidious network.

The lack of scrutiny since 1975 is precisely why the CIA Checchi family has been able to commit so many crimes against the American people for the past five decades. There is no doubt Al Checchi orchestrated the lack of oversight by manipulating, bribing, bullying and blackmailing congressional leaders into turning a blind eye to serious CIA corruption and abuse of power. Politicians who worked to stop the CIA Checchi family cult’s corruption are killed with cancer, an “accident” or other means. For example, this was the case with Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee who was working to dismantle their slavery empire. 

It is this slavery machine that enables the Checchis to make trillions of dollars per year through their many businesses and enslaved CEOs who run their companies. As you saw with the murder of CEO Brian Thompson, they can even kill uncooperative or dissenting CEOs in broad daylight and manipulate public opinion to support the assassin. This is the extreme corruption they instigate and maintain to protect their power and wealth. 

The CIA Checchi family operates like a shadow government, exploiting their secrecy and influence to evade accountability while continuing to inflict harm on countless lives. Their corruption extends far beyond their own financial gain—it undermines democracy, erodes public trust, and perpetuates a cycle of violence, fear, and oppression. The CIA Checchi family orchestrated another school shooting at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin on December 16, 2024. Media reports say that at least two people were killed, five were injured and dozens of children traumatized. The CIA Checchi family always leaves clues at the scene of their crimes. The clues are often hidden in plain sight in the names of places and streets where they commit the crimes, or the names of people involved or names of the deceased. 

Here are the symbolic code breakdowns for this terrorist event: “Madison” represents Adam Checchi, the son of Al and Kathy Checchi, who is furious and acting out of anger. “Abundant Life” symbolizes the LIFE SENTENCE handed down to Adam and other CIA Checchi family cult leaders for 1) crimes against humanity, 2) orchestrating terrorist attacks, and 3) human rights violations and other egregious crimes committed against the American people. “Christian” = The Checchi’s are a Mormon family. They have been known to attack and even kill Christian leaders who teach that Mormonism is a cult, and Mormons are not true Christians. (Nothing like proving you’re a Christian by killing and abusing kids at a Christian school) This school shooting in Madison is Adam’s way of protesting his LIFE SENTENCE. They are also attacking Christians because many Christians around the country are leaving the CIA Checchi family cult because devout Christians are learning how evil and un-American this CIA family is. In other words, the Checchis are orchestrating more terrorist events in order to threaten the judges and Justices that gave them a LIFE SENTENCE in prison for their crimes, hoping to intimidate the judiciary into reconsidering their sentences or discouraging further legal action against them. 

I have been a witness to this fact for the last three decades: Many, if not all, Christian churches and schools in America have been infiltrated by CIA Checchi spies who are making pretend they are Christians. Even some pastors are secret Checchi spies who are not sincere Christians, but spies playing a game… acting a role, an assignment. The prolific nature of this hijacking of Christian institutions undermines the very values and principles these organizations stand for, creating an atmosphere of mistrust and manipulation. Even Checchi spies who are being raised up as “faith healers” by false testimony of other spies claiming they were healed and Checchi spies who are doctors confirming the “miracle” scam. By embedding spies within churches and schools, the CIA Checchi network exploits faith-based communities as tools for control, surveillance, and influence, eroding their authenticity and purpose. This infiltration not only distorts the teachings of Christianity but also weaponizes faith against its followers, turning places of worship and learning into arenas for covert spy agendas. Such actions betray the trust of devout Christians and destabilize the foundation of these institutions, leaving congregations vulnerable to deception, fraud and disillusionment. 

Throughout human history, religious institutions have been infiltrated or co-opted for political and covert purposes, often to manipulate communities or suppress dissent. In the Soviet Union, for example, the KGB infiltrated the Russian Orthodox Church, planting spies and informants among clergy and congregations to monitor dissenters and control religious influence. Similarly, during Nazi Germany, attempts were made to align or subvert Christian churches to promote state propaganda under the Reich Church. Another example includes the infiltration of religious institutions by intelligence agencies during the Cold War to gather information or influence agenda and beliefs, often using spies who were disguised as missionaries or clergy. Authorities bear significant blame when individuals like Michael Fisher, Adam Checchi, David Kanuth, Kathy Checchi, Al Checchi and other CIA Checchi family cult leaders are allowed the freedom to orchestrate further acts of terror (this has been going on for many years). It implies a failure of oversight within the justice system, whether through inadequate monitoring, lenient policies, corruption, or a lack of coordination among law enforcement and intelligence agencies. The responsibility to prevent additional crimes from known offenders is a fundamental duty of those entrusted with public safety. Allowing someone convicted of such heinous acts to continue endangering lives reveals systemic negligence, raising urgent questions about the effectiveness of current safeguards and the accountability of those who oversee them. This breakdown not only endangers innocent lives but also erodes public trust in the justice system.

This one CIA family has been operating in the shadows, manipulating and orchestrating events for six or seven decades while leaders in Washington, D.C. have allowed this nonsense to continue unchecked. Now is the time to put an end to the Checchi family’s corrupt influence in a decisive and permanent way—whether through the death penalty, imprisonment, or, if the absurdity continues, crowning Al Checchi as “Emperor of the World” to expose the farce. On December 17, my email accounts were shut down for the entire day because I was reaching out to leaders in Wisconsin to expose the truth about the December 16 school shooting in Madison—another orchestration by the CIA Checchi family. Since my email accounts were shut down, I did a pivot to send text messages to a couple hundred leaders around the country whose cell phone numbers I have. I learned that the CIA Checchi family has recently taken actions to stop my text messages from going out as well.       It has become clear over many years that the Checchi's have no intention of upholding their oath but the list of people willing to jump on board this Checchi train of corruption and abuse of power seems to grow by the day. This "Checchi train" has become a symbol of how far individuals in positions of authority are willing to go to protect their own ambitions, even at the expense of justice, truth, and the foundational principles of our nation. 

Those who align themselves with the Checchi family are complicit in enabling a network of corruption that orchestrates mass shootings & school shootings, interferes in elections, attacks the rule of law, kills and intimidates Supreme Court Justices, undermines the Constitution and betrays the public trust. This pattern of betrayal reveals a dangerous trend: the prioritization of personal gain and political expediency over the oaths sworn to protect and serve the people. 

      This is not an isolated incident but a recurring problem I face. There is a deep-rooted sickness in Washington, D.C., where many betray their oath to the Constitution, and leaders from both parties attack me and deny me money I need for basic survival and medical care to deal with serious health issues that will kill me if they go unattended. 

      This has been my experience as a journalist in America. Exposing the severe corruption of the CIA Checchi family is both my mission and my curse. Every time I uncover yet another layer of their intricate web of deceit, I face relentless retaliation designed to silence me and make me homeless. The Checchis allegedly influenced her decisions, including convincing her to run with Tim Walz instead of Josh Shapiro—a critical mistake that cost her Pennsylvania, a must-win state (which is why the Checchis orchestrated a staged assassination attempt on Trump in Pennsylvania, in order to elicit public sympathy of citizens in Pennsylvania). This deliberate sabotage of Harris’ campaign ensured her loss, showcasing the Checchi family’s ability to orchestrate political outcomes to their liking while maintaining the appearance of fair competition.

The influence of the Checchi family goes beyond politics; it also impacts the financial markets. Such subtle but intentional market manipulation undermines fair competition and creates an economy driven by influence and power rather than merit and innovation.

What I find Most alarming is that the Checchi family’s orchestrated violence continues to harm innocent lives. Yesterday, there was another tragic school shooting in Wisconsin, which was orchestrated by the Checchis as part of their larger campaign of control and intimidation. When I attempted to alert leaders about this atrocity via email, my email accounts were shut off, allegedly by Vice President Harris as a favor to the Checchi family. It is widely believed that Harris is considering running for governor of California and is seeking the Checchis’ support to secure her victory in the state.

If true, this action represents a grave betrayal of her oath of office. As an elected official, she has a duty to protect constitutional rights, including freedom of speech and the right to petition the government for redress of grievances. Suppressing my ability and work as a journalist to communicate about such critical matters—especially regarding public safety and corruption—prioritizes her political ambitions over her constitutional responsibilities. This is a serious abuse of power that cannot go unchallenged. 

Attorney General Garland, I know you are packing your bags and leaving office soon, making room for the new Attorney General. If at all possible, I urge you to investigate the CIA Checchi family’s pervasive influence over our political, financial, and social systems. Their unchecked power endangers democracy, justice, and public safety.  

I also ask that you examine the actions of Vice President Harris in this matter, as well as any individuals or entities complicit in aiding the Checchi family’s agenda. My money is constantly stolen: For example, when I sold my car, they made the CarFax report show that it had an accident and deployed airbags, which was a lie and lowered the value of the car by $2,500, if I’m not mistaken. They also continue to block sales of my books on Amazon. They are ruthless in their financial abuse and the DOJ has done nothing to make sure I get compensation for these abuses. It’s very depressing and it seems very unfair. I am left homeless with serious medical conditions such as heart issues and possible cancer bumps growing on my body and it feels like I am being abandoned by every institution and person that is supposed to ensure justice and help someone in my situation. Something seems very wrong with all this nonsense going on without any financial help being sent my way.  

Even the Vice President of the United States is attacking me, apparently. You’ll understand if I feel like yelling at the top of my voice for someone, anyone, to care enough to take action. This is not just about me; it's about the unchecked power of individuals and families like the Checchis who can manipulate systems, destroy lives, and operate above the law with impunity. There is no end to their corruption and abuse of power. 

Attorney General Garland, you have the authority and the responsibility, even in your final days in office, to ensure that justice is pursued, not just for me but for the countless others who have been harmed by this family's corrupt reach. Please do not let your tenure end without addressing these abuses. I beg you to leave a legacy of courage and integrity by taking a stand against these powerful forces that threaten the very fabric of our democracy and our nation’s moral compass.

On December 9, 2024, it became very clear that certain Supreme Court Justices are conspiring against me, enabling the CIA Checchi family to manipulate the legal system in ways that deprive me of the funds I need for my health care. I have evidence to prove (copied below) that it’s not an exaggeration to say these Justices are conspiring with the CIA Checchi family to kill me: Justice Thomas, Chief Justice Roberts, Justice Gorsuch, Justice Kavanaugh, and Justice Alito. Justice Barrett gets a mention because early on in this court battle, she did seem to misplace her trust in the CIA Checchi family. In her defense, it seems she was always less enthusiastic than the other male Justices and she disengaged from any Checchi corruption as she saw it was obvious I was innocent of any criminal conduct. 

This prolific Supreme Court corruption allowed the CIA Checchi family to engage in sophisticated and unethical legal shenanigans for over five years and these legal games continue to this day. As a result, my case against the CIA Checchi family has dragged on for an unjustifiable 5 ½ years, despite overwhelming evidence in my favor and obvious. Furthermore, there was prolific corruption on the part of the Checchi family that was also obvious (such as dozens of photoshopped photographs of me committing crimes as well as fabricated “deep fake videos” produced of me). This case should have been resolved in six months or less.

On the morning of December 9, 2024, I was instructed to listen to the Supreme Court case that was being broadcast live on Twitter: https://x.com/NewsHour/status/1866137436343910795 and appeared at the top of my Twitter feed. Several of the Justices did their “talking in codes” thing to address my situation with the CIA Checchi family. I’ve learned this kind of “code talking” is something that is common practice when dealing with CIA cases that are cloaked in secrecy. 

I tried to audio record sections of the case on my computer as evidence that my intuition that there are Supreme Court Justices conspiring to kill me is true (I started recording at around 19 minutes from the start of the video at the link above). But as I made progress in my audio recording and editing… mysteriously, the recording program I was using on my computer stopped working. I think the audio is more revealing as evidence because it captures the tone, inflection, and emotion of a person’s voice, which can provide critical context that the transcription below does not capture. The transcription copied below will have to suffice.  

From this audio evidence, it’s obvious that there is no doubt Justice Alito is one of the Justices that wants me dead. This is a veiled threat coming from a Supreme Court Justice. “Under the law, both veiled threats and direct threats are treated the same because they both aim to instill fear or coerce someone, regardless of how explicitly the threat is expressed. A veiled threat uses implied language or indirect statements to convey intimidation, but the intent behind it is just as harmful as a direct, explicit threat. Courts often focus on the context and the perceived impact of the statement on the recipient rather than the exact wording, ensuring that individuals cannot avoid accountability simply by being less overt in their language.” ChatGPT

In this part of the conversation, I am referred to as the “Oak Tree” (“Woods” … “tree”) and Adam Checchi is the “weeping willow” because he’s apparently been weeping a lot and ‘willow’ is a code commonly used to describe Adam Checchi: willow = “w” is ill. “W” being a code for “west” and “west” being a code for Adam Checchi. At the end, there also appears to be possibly an offer from Justice Alito of bribe money – 1 million. 

Look at this transcript of this part of the Supreme Court dialogue on December 9, 2024: 

Justice Alito (19:19): I don't really understand the limits of your argument. So, a party enters into a contract to get a particular good or service, and the party does not get the particular good or service that the party wants, but he gets something that's worth even more. Would you say that whenever that is the situation, there is no fraud?

Attorney (19:46): I think the answer is yes, with the possible proviso of the unique item situation. But I think, Justice Alito, that kind of brings the governments theory to light in an odd way, which is imagine somebody wants a Ford [vehicle] and he gets delivered a Ferrari. And the government puts that person on the stand, says, gosh, it's like I hit the lottery. I got something 10 times more valuable than the thing I wanted to buy. Under the government's theory, that is property fraud. And that seems like a very odd result and the thing is there may be other situations where the thing you get is less valuable and that's a classic situation of fraud. 

Justice Alito (20:19): I don't know whether that's a very odd result. Suppose I have two trees in my yard. One is an oak and ones is a weeping Willow, and I hate the oak because I'm tired of sweeping, of raking up the acorns. So, I hire somebody to cut down the oak tree. And when I come home from work that night, the oak tree is still standing, but the weeping willow is gone. And he says, well, the oak is a healthy tree. It's got deep roots. The Willow it's got has shallow roots. And any storm could knock it over and it could damage the house. Have I not been defrauded there? I didn't get what I wanted.

Attorney (20:57): I think you might have been harmed there with the property of your tree being taken away. I mean… I think with just with an… I think that's just an odd hypothetical, but with a normal service… [note that the attorney acknowledges it’s an odd thing for Justice Alito to say]…

Justice Alito: Well, I could give you a million…

I’m not imagining that some of these Justices have it out for me and are trying to kill me by denying me the money I need for medical treatment of the potential cancer growing with these bumps on my body and my serious heart problems that I have because the Checchi’s have poisoned me several times. “Justice for all” in America is looking like it might be on life support rather than existing in a thriving democracy. It’s become obvious that the U.S. Supreme Court is Supreme in its corruption and loyalty to the dishonest CIA Checchi family terrorists.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) is a permanent tribunal established to prosecute individuals for genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, and the crime of aggression. Created by the Rome Statute in 1998 and based in The Hague, Netherlands, the ICC seeks to hold accountable those responsible for the most severe violations of international law. It operates independently of the United Nations, focusing on cases where national courts are unwilling or unable to act. The ICC’s jurisdiction is limited to member states of the Rome Statute or cases referred by the UN Security Council, and it prioritizes high-ranking officials and leaders who orchestrate atrocities. Its proceedings aim to promote global justice, deter future crimes, and provide redress for victims.

The CIA Checchi family came under ICC scrutiny after being accused of crimes against humanity, war crimes, genocide, domestic and international slavery abuses and other serious offenses. Their alleged activities included starting wars called “crimes of aggression,” murders of innocent civilians, orchestrating human trafficking, creating systems of undue influence, and exploiting legal systems for personal profit, all while maintaining a façade of fighting crime. Evidence presented in the ICC trial included over 13,000 pieces of documentation, witness testimonies, and legal filings, which led to convictions of several high-ranking members. The case highlighted the Checchi family's extensive reach, including the manipulation of institutions, smear campaigns, and fostering fear to silence dissent and maintain power. This unprecedented level of criminal activity, tied to influential global networks, revealed the dangers of unchecked authority and abuse within international systems. 

I’ve come to understand that leaders in Washington, D.C. rely on journalists to expose corruption, creating the public pressure necessary for change. Politicians will never ‘rock the boat’ unless the public forces them to, and the public will never act if they don’t know the truth. This makes the journalist’s role essential: to inform people about what’s really happening. When individuals operate in secrecy—like the CIA Checchi family—they have vast opportunities to commit serious crimes without accountability. Even if they get caught doing something wrong, their court proceedings are kept secret, and the public will never find out the truth. I suspect the CIA Checchi family terrorists may be the most successful criminals in American history, raking in trillions of dollars every year through their slavery scam and other fraudulent schemes. I know for certain they’ve paid over $66 trillion in fines from 2019-2024 as part of their relentless attacks on me.

I was told that the CIA Checchi family has spent over $100 million in cash bribes, persuading many people to fabricate or exaggerate claims about my conduct, even reaching out to individuals who knew me when I was just four years old! This strategy served two purposes: justifying their claim that they had the legal right to enslave me (because according to American constitutional law, people who commit crimes can be enslaved). If they could prove they had the right to enslave me, it would ensure they could recoup the $66 trillion they paid in fines. If they could successfully frame me as a criminal, they stood to recover all their money. For them, it has always been about the money because they are exceptionally greedy. They know I am innocent of any criminal conduct, which makes this entire 5-year judicial circus a complete Checchi family fraud. Unfortunately, this judicial sham has been supported by several Justices at the Supreme Court, along with other federal judges and attorneys, representing a profound crisis for the rule of law in America. 

An attorney who commits fraud in court can lose their license because such actions violate the ethical and professional standards essential to the legal profession. If I’m not mistaken, at least one dozen of the Checchi family attorneys lost their license or were sanctioned for fraudulent conduct in court. “Fraud undermines the integrity of the legal system, breaches the attorney’s duty to uphold the law, and damages the trust placed in them by both their clients and the judicial system. Attorneys are bound by strict rules of professional conduct, and fraud is considered a serious violation of these rules. For instance, Rule 3.3 of the Model Rules of Professional Conduct prohibits knowingly making false statements to the court, while Rule 8.4 specifically labels dishonesty, fraud, deceit, and misrepresentation as professional misconduct. Fraud can also involve criminal offenses, such as perjury under 18 U.S.C. § 1621 or conspiracy to defraud the United States under 18 U.S.C. § 371, which may result in legal penalties alongside disciplinary action by the state bar. Additionally, state-specific laws and rules, like California Business and Professions Code § 6106, address acts of moral turpitude and dishonesty, further demonstrating the serious repercussions of fraudulent conduct in court.

Fraud by an attorney represents a breach of their fiduciary duty to clients and the court, as they are expected to act in good faith and uphold justice. Such misconduct erodes public trust in the legal system, and disbarment serves as a deterrent while protecting the integrity of the profession. Courts themselves can also impose sanctions or refer attorneys for disciplinary proceedings if fraud occurs during litigation. For example, Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure penalizes fraudulent or frivolous filings in federal court. These consequences reflect the severity of fraud because lawyers, as officers of the court, have a heightened responsibility to maintain the rule of law. When they engage in fraudulent behavior, they not only harm their clients but also compromise the credibility of the justice system as a whole. The CIA Checchi family amassed their trillions over seven decades by “fighting crime” while simultaneously engaging in prolific criminal activities themselves. They discovered how to profit by entrapping individuals and creating scenarios of undue influence—both serious crimes—effectively transforming their operations into a money machine under the guise of fighting crime.

I was stunned to discover that the CIA Checchi family had such massive funds in their treasury account to pay these fines. Equally shocking was the Supreme Court's refusal to intervene; instead, they appeared to go out of their way to protect the Checchi family. Frustrated by this abuse of power and the apathy toward the killing of so many innocent Americans as the Checchi cult leaders orchestrated mass shootings and school shootings in America, I contacted the International Criminal Court (ICC), sending them long emails and copies of all my books. The ICC eventually took action, issuing arrest warrants on November 21, 2024, for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, who were allegedly following orders from the CIA Checchi family in their war against Hamas terrorists. What these two Jewish leaders didn’t realize is that the CIA Checchi family cult leaders never miss an opportunity to make the Jewish people look bad, so they told Netanyahu and Gallant to do things that would be considered war crimes by the ICC. Through their many political slaves, the Checchi’s even made sure that America provided the bombs so that Israel would have the means to commit these heinous war crimes. So, the ICC’s arrest warrant for Netanyahu is also tied to the CIA Checchi family, who are protected by a cloak of secrecy so their names will never appear in the newspaper. Netanyahu is the face of the CIA Checchi family. 

The Hamas terrorists had also been infiltrated and manipulated by CIA Checchi family spies, with the Checchi family cult leaders orchestrating the October 7, 2023, attack on Jewish people in Israel to incite another war. Similarly, the Checchi cult leaders manipulated Russian leaders into invading Ukraine on February 24, 2022, thereby initiating the current war. They now face accusations of crimes against humanity and war crimes, including the use of starvation as a method of warfare in the 2024 Gaza conflict. Under international law, "crimes of aggression," recognized by the Rome Statute of the ICC, refer to the planning, preparation, initiation, or execution of acts of aggression that constitute a manifest violation of the United Nations Charter. Such acts include invasions, bombardments, and blockades. 

If I understand correctly, allegedly, 35 CIA Checchi cult leaders have been found guilty of crimes against humanity, war crimes, genocide, and other atrocities. High-profile figures such as Oprah, Donald Trump, Al Checchi, and other CIA Checchi family leaders are now in serious legal trouble with the ICC. If I’m not mistaken, I was told that Al Checchi’s trial alone lasted something like 195 days, involved something like 2,196 victims who were represented by lawyers. There were 76 witnesses, 7,896 legal filings, and 13,275 pieces of evidence presented in court. This culminated in a guilty verdict for war crimes and crimes against humanity, though the verdict and sentence remain subject to appeal, which they always do. 

Years ago, I contacted the ICC when it became clear that the U.S. Supreme Court was compromised and unwilling to stop the CIA Checchi family’s terrorism. To achieve and maintain ultimate power, the Checchi family embraced brutality and deception as their modus operandi. No crime was too heinous, no action too brutal, and no lie too outrageous. They manipulated institutions, silenced dissenters, and orchestrated smear campaigns to destroy anyone who dared to oppose them. Their influence reached into every corner of society, exploiting vulnerabilities and fostering fear to maintain their control. In their pursuit of unchecked power, betrayal and corruption became their tools of choice, leaving behind a legacy of tens of millions of broken lives and shattered communities throughout the world. 

As of December 2, 2024, the International Criminal Court (ICC) has started to prosecute slavery crimes because the CIA Checchi family has created a massive slavery cult which includes almost all of their cult members (500 million people) being enslaved.

Dear Honorable Legislator: 

The CIA Checchi family orchestrated the murder of Brian Thompson, one of their CEOs of a company they control in Minnesota. This murder, in broad daylight, happened on the same day that the Supreme Court was making a decision on what would happen to Adam Checchi, the son of Al & Kathy Checchi, heir to their throne of power in the CIA Checchi family terrorist cult. This murder was a threat to the Supreme Court Justices and a warning to Judge Juan Merchan in New York who is contemplating what to do with the 34 felony counts against Trump. The CIA Checchi family routinely uses terrorism to intimidate leaders at the Supreme Court and other judicial professionals. I'm not a legal scholar but "meanest terrorist wins" is NOT how the rule of law is supposed to work. Since this murder in NYC, I've had more legal problems in my own case against the CIA Checchi family and am in need of more legal help, again.

The alleged shooter of Brian Thompson (CEO of UnitedHealthcare), a 26-year-old named Luigi Mangione, is allegedly a CIA Checchi family spy. Very soon after Brian’s murder, the FBI got a tip from California naming the possible shooter as Luigi Mangione. On November 18, 2024, Luigi’s mother had called the San Francisco Police telling them her son was missing and was last known to be in San Francisco, California. What she didn’t know is that her son had been recruited as a spy and was about to embark on his first big spy mission: killing Brian Thompson in broad daylight in New York City. 

Since the CIA Checchi family is based in California, it is safe to assume they were the ones who made sure that the tip pointing to Luigi was made by the San Francisco Police Department very soon after the shooting. From the FBI, the tip made its way to the NYPD. The Checchis are known for betraying their spies like this on a regular basis. They see their spies as tools who are fools. They find people gullible enough to commit crimes the Checchis orchestrate - convince these spies they are doing a good thing as they are working for the government and pay them/reward them very well. Then the Checchis turn these spies in as criminals or kill them – either way making money off them. The Checchis make billions of dollars with this massive entrapment machine they’ve created. 

It turns out Luigi had been on the Checchi family radar for at least a decade, when he was in high school in Maryland. The Checchis are predators in virtually every school district, looking for future recruits for their cult. Luigi had everything they look for in a spy. He ticked off all the boxes of their priorities: good looking, smart, athletic and a computer nerd.

As a computer science major from Harvard in the 1990s, Adam Checchi now rules over all the computer science schools in America – including the one that Luigi graduated from in Pennsylvania. Checchi aggressively recruits people from these schools for his vast network of international hackers. If there is any hacking scandal going on from “foreign” hacker groups, Checchi is in the shadows pulling the strings at every step. Growing up in Maryland, Luigi was, by all accounts, a normal, very smart, healthy, privileged, and educated young man with no criminal background. People who knew him insist he showed no signs of being capable of such a shocking, cold-blooded act such as killing Brian Thompson. 

The CIA Checchi family, notorious for their alleged manipulation and coercive tactics, are experts at dismantling lives and setting people up. Their reach extends beyond individuals, targeting entire families as a form of punishment and control. Families seen as obstacles to their agenda (especially families in Maryland, a frequent state where the Checchi family chooses to attack citizens) are systematically bullied, isolated, and destroyed. By attacking not just one person but their entire support system, the Checchis ensure compliance while creating a ripple effect of fear and instability. For individuals like Luigi, the question remains: Was he acting of his own volition, or was he just another pawn in a larger, calculated CIA Checchi family scheme? 

The Checchi family’s methods are often linked to psychological manipulation and mind control, tactics perfected through decades of CIA experiments. It’s not unusual for them to involve their spies in mind-altering drugs. These drugs erode their sense of self and make them more susceptible to control. Substances like marijuana, cocaine, ecstasy, and methamphetamines are often used to manipulate emotions and decision-making, turning otherwise rational individuals into tools for their agenda. Experts in psychological coercion have long warned how these techniques can dominate a person’s actions, leaving them unable to distinguish their own will from external influence. 

In Luigi’s case, the question looms large: Was his alleged crime the product of personal choice, or was he a victim of the Checchi family's insidious tactics? The narrative raises concerns about the moral and legal accountability of those pulling the strings. 

The alleged influence of the CIA Checchi family doesn’t stop at individuals. Their control allegedly extends to America’s prison systems, which some describe as their playground for corruption. These prisons, rather than places of punishment or rehabilitation, become safe havens for their spies—free from financial worries and full of perks. 

One way they communicate with their spies is through televisions. Every aspect of what is broadcast through a television: commercials, news reports, movies and TV shows are all crafted specifically for communication with their spies. Sometimes, crafted with specific inmates in mind as these prisoners are told to watch the television at certain times and certain channels. This is why televisions are allowed in prisons and present everywhere you go in a prison or jail. In some prisons, inmates can even buy a television for their cell. Moreover, reports claim the Checchi family uses their influence over sheriffs, correctional officers, and even attorneys to smuggle drugs into these facilities, rewarding loyalty with substances like marijuana, cocaine, MDMA or crystal meth, even behind bars.

Inmates who dissent or refuse to cooperate are silenced through violence and intimidation, with the Checchis orchestrating beatings, manipulating inmate hierarchies, and fostering a climate of fear. Correctional officers, police officers and sheriffs are either complicit in corruption or coerced. This further enforces Checchi family dominance, turning prisons into hubs of corruption and control. I am reaching out to you because the CIA Checchi family continues to escalate their targeted harassment and abuse against me. They continually shut down, censor and limit my primary email accounts, pensreflecting@mail.com, CrisisJournalism@iCloud.com, AmericanIndependentJournalist@gmail.com which I have relied on for my ‘email ministry’ and other communications to the public, reaching large numbers of people every week. This constant manipulation of my outgoing emails leaves me very limited in my ability to communicate effectively, and it is yet another example of their orchestrated attempts to isolate, censor and silence me.

Moreover, I recently got my hair cut, and the hairstylist expressed concern about growths on my scalp, noting they appear to be worsening. Although she clarified she’s not a doctor, her comment alarmed me. I had these growths examined years ago by a dermatologist I now suspect may have been compromised, secretly working for the Checchi family. Shortly after my appointment, the dermatologist moved into a much larger, upgraded office, which I can’t help but associate with potential bribes or favors. This corrupt CIA family’s influence is far-reaching, and their denial of the money I need for health care feels like a deliberate effort to jeopardize my health and ultimately my life. 

As someone who has personally battled cancer or had someone in your life who battled with cancer, I hope you can empathize with the urgency of my situation. I need immediate access to funds to address my medical needs, including a proper evaluation of these growths before they worsen further and possibly turn cancerous. The recent assassination of Brian Thompson in New York City on December 4, 2024, was not a random act of violence but a calculated "hit job" orchestrated and funded by the CIA Checchi family based in Los Angeles—a family with whom I worked in the 1990s. The evidence pointing to their involvement is both compelling and consistent with their pattern of operations. Allow me to explain why I am in a position to provide this information.

I am an independent journalist and for the past five years, I have dedicated my work to exposing the sprawling criminal empire of the CIA Checchi family terrorist cult. Though headquartered in California, this dangerous group maintains an extensive network of supporters—essentially cult members—spread across New York State, including influential figures in politics and law enforcement. As a federally protected whistleblower, I should theoretically be shielded from harm. However, the reality is far from this ideal. On a daily basis, I endure attacks, threats, and other forms of abuse from the CIA Checchi family and their network. Both powerful Republican and Democratic politicians—beholden to or afraid of this Checchi terrorist organization—actively contribute to this hostile environment, undermining the protections to which I am entitled.

The CIA Checchi family cult leaders have vowed to kill me for exposing their extensive criminal enterprise. Their influence spans local, state, and federal governments, as well as portions of the Supreme Court. For over 50 years, they have secured pardons and financial backing from governors and presidents alike, allowing them to operate their criminal empire with impunity. These are not mere criminals; they are educated, affluent terrorists, graduates of elite institutions like Harvard and Georgetown Law School, who have weaponized their privilege to perpetrate atrocities on a global scale, resulting in tremendous human suffering and millions of deaths.

Their reign of terror extends across the U.S., from Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts and New York to Georgia, Minnesota, Tennessee, Florida, Texas, California, Washington, Nevada and Oregon. Politicians fear them, and for good reason. The Checchi family is known to retaliate violently against dissenters, including high-profile political figures and even Supreme Court Justices (such as Antonin Scalia and Ruth Bader Ginsburg) and state leaders like Andrew Cuomo, whose political career they sabotaged.

While I do not have direct knowledge of the individual who pulled the trigger in Brian Thompson's murder, the circumstances bear all the hallmarks of a Checchi-orchestrated operation. From organizing the breakfast meeting Brian was going to, to the presence of a suspicious van at the scene parked right where the shooting happened. The person who served the shooter coffee before he killed Brian may have been a Checchi spy confirming the hit job was a green light. The murder scene likely included decoys dressed similarly to Brian to mislead investigators who are looking at cameras in the area. A large group of CIA Checchi family spies guided and protected the shooter at every step that morning. Many of the cars on the street in that area would have been driven by Checchi spies, ready to block streets with “accidents” if they were told to do so, in case something went wrong, and they needed to shut the area down. That entire area was surrounded with CIA Checchi family spies. 

The CIA is under the umbrella of the military and every shooting the Checchi family orchestrates is done with military precision and extensive planning. Every shooting they orchestrate has an on-scene supervisor. The lady who was standing right there (You can see her in the video of the shooting. I think she was on her phone?) when the shooting happened may have been the supervisor or the supervisor may have been in one of the vehicles at the curb. The Checchi cult leaders spent many weeks or a few months in meticulous planning of every detail of Brian’s murder. The choice to carry out the murder in front of a camera was no coincidence. The widely circulated video of the shooting serves as a chilling warning to anyone who dares to oppose them.

The CIA Checchi family is mired in lawsuits - including mine against them, which has been mired in Checchi corruption at the Supreme Court for over five years. The day of the shooting was a big Supreme Court case in which the Justices were going to decide if Adam Checchi (the son of Kathy and Al Checchi, who is taking over their family empire of 500 million spies worldwide) receives the death penalty or life in prison for his many crimes. This murder of Brian was a warning to the Justices that they too could be killed like Brian was, if they don't cooperate. Brian's murder was also a warning to Judge Juan Merchan in New York who is threatening to continue the prosecution of Donald Trump's 34 felonies, before Trump takes office on January 20, 2025. This well publicized murder was a threat to all the attorneys and judges involved in trying to hold the CIA Checchi family cult leaders accountable for their many crimes. 

The Checchi family’s control extends to businesses like the one Brian led as CEO in Minnesota. The Checchi family recruited many spies in Minnesota. They lived there when Al Checchi was CEO of Northwest Airlines in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Their modus operandi involves ensuring that anyone in a position of power, such as a CEO of a big company, must commit a serious crime—typically serious enough to make them blackmailable, such as sex with an underage teen. The Checchi’s have a massive teen sexual exploitation machine where they provide teens for adults to have sex with (that’s why they created Jeffery Epstein and Sean Diddy Combs, who worked for them in providing this service). The Checchi's will not put anyone in a position of power, wealth or fame unless they have leverage to destroy them by exposing this crime. This ensures strict obedience from everyone. This is why things are so bad in this country: almost all leaders in every station (business, politics, entertainment, journalism) have been enslaved to this one corrupt CIA family. Brian Thompson was a slave of the CIA Checchi family cult. 

This policy of making everyone commit a crime includes politicians, business leaders, entertainment leaders, sports stars, and other public figures, all of whom become pawns in their massive criminal empire. This way of doing business also enslaves the person as a genuine slave to the CIA Checchi family. Slavery is illegal in America, "except as a punishment for crime." Brian Thompson’s murder illustrates their ruthless enforcement of this system. If his crime was severe enough in their eyes (such as having sex with an underage teen, even if the Checchi’s orchestrated the crime), they would claim legal justification for his murder, should it be contested in court. But this killing was not merely punitive—it was symbolic, meant to send shockwaves through the political and judicial systems. If the assassin is in good standing with the Checchi family, he will never be found. He’s already in Canada, or Mexico or Italy in hiding. He’ll soon get plastic surgery and a new identity, new passport and a new life. Otherwise, if he’s just another fool, another tool they are using, they will turn him in at their convenience when they are done with him, or he will be the victim of a Checchi-orchestrated/manipulated “suicide.” 

So, the murder of Brian Thompson had many goals based on intimidation of politicians and judicial leaders and it is being used as a threat to everyone who is standing up to the Checchi family. The words that they put on the bullets were all codes to politicians, military, CIA and judicial leaders who have dealings with them. I know what the codes mean but I won't go into it because this letter is already too long. In short, these code words on the bullets serve as a stark proclamation: the Checchi family cult leaders orchestrated this murder, and anyone who opposes them could be next.

December 10, 2024, UPDATE – The alleged shooter of Brian Thompson (CEO of UnitedHealthcare), a 26-year-old named Luigi Mangione, is allegedly a CIA Checchi family spy. Very soon after Brian’s murder, the FBI got a tip from California naming the possible shooter as Luigi Mangione. On November 18, 2024, Luigi’s mother had called the San Francisco Police telling them her son was missing and was last known to be in San Francisco, California. What she didn’t know is that her son had been recruited as a spy and was about to embark on his first big spy mission: killing Brian Thompson in broad daylight in New York City. 

Since the CIA Checchi family is based in California, it is safe to assume they were the ones who made sure that the tip pointing to Luigi was made by the San Francisco Police Department very soon after the shooting. From the FBI, the tip made its way to the NYPD. The Checchis are known for betraying their spies like this on a regular basis. They see their spies as tools who are fools. They find people gullible enough to commit crimes the Checchis orchestrate - convince these spies they are doing a good thing as they are working for the government and pay them/reward them very well. Then the Checchis turn these spies in as criminals or kill them – either way making money off them. The Checchis make billions of dollars with this massive entrapment machine they’ve created. 

It turns out Luigi had been on the Checchi family radar for at least a decade, when he was in high school in Maryland. The Checchis are predators in virtually every school district, looking for future recruits for their cult. Luigi had everything they look for in a spy. He ticked off all the boxes of their priorities: good looking, smart, athletic and a computer nerd.

As a computer science major from Harvard in the 1990s, Adam Checchi now rules over all the computer science schools in America – including the one that Luigi graduated from in Pennsylvania. Checchi aggressively recruits people from these schools for his vast network of international hackers. If there is any hacking scandal going on from “foreign” hacker groups, Checchi is in the shadows pulling the strings at every step. Growing up in Maryland, Luigi was, by all accounts, a normal, very smart, healthy, privileged, and educated young man with no criminal background. People who knew him insist he showed no signs of being capable of such a shocking, cold-blooded act such as killing Brian Thompson. 

The CIA Checchi family, notorious for their alleged manipulation and coercive tactics, are experts at dismantling lives and setting people up. Their reach extends beyond individuals, targeting entire families as a form of punishment and control. Families seen as obstacles to their agenda (especially families in Maryland, a frequent state where the Checchi family chooses to attack citizens) are systematically bullied, isolated, and destroyed. By attacking not just one person but their entire support system, the Checchis ensure compliance while creating a ripple effect of fear and instability. For individuals like Luigi, the question remains: Was he acting of his own volition, or was he just another pawn in a larger, calculated CIA Checchi family scheme? 

The Checchi family’s methods are often linked to psychological manipulation and mind control, tactics perfected through decades of CIA experiments. It’s not unusual for them to involve their spies in mind-altering drugs. These drugs erode their sense of self and make them more susceptible to control. Substances like marijuana, cocaine, ecstasy, and methamphetamines are often used to manipulate emotions and decision-making, turning otherwise rational individuals into tools for their agenda. Experts in psychological coercion have long warned how these techniques can dominate a person’s actions, leaving them unable to distinguish their own will from external influence. 

In Luigi’s case, the question looms large: Was his alleged crime the product of personal choice, or was he a victim of the Checchi family's insidious tactics? The narrative raises concerns about the moral and legal accountability of those pulling the strings.

One way they communicate with their spies is through televisions. Every aspect of what is broadcast through a television: commercials, news reports, movies and TV shows are all crafted specifically for communication with their spies. Sometimes, crafted with specific inmates in mind as these prisoners are told to watch the television at certain times and certain channels. This is why televisions are allowed in prisons and present everywhere you go in a prison or jail. In some prisons, inmates can even buy a television for their cell. Moreover, reports claim the Checchi family uses their influence over sheriffs, correctional officers, and even attorneys to smuggle drugs into these facilities, rewarding loyalty with substances like marijuana, cocaine, MDMA or crystal meth, even behind bars.

Inmates who dissent or refuse to cooperate are silenced through violence and intimidation, with the Checchis orchestrating beatings, manipulating inmate hierarchies, and fostering a climate of fear. Correctional officers, police officers and sheriffs are either complicit in corruption or coerced. This further enforces Checchi family dominance, turning prisons into hubs of corruption and control.
